Excursão de um dia pela Ilha Circular de Oahu

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este tour! Decidimos reservarlo para nuestro primer día en Hawái para familiarizarnos con el lugar y tachar algunos sitios de nuestra lista de "visitas obligadas para turistas". Tuvimos al Jefe Henry como nuestro guía y fue un honor tener a alguien con tanto amor y sabiduría para guiarnos por Oahu. Al principio, fue un poco confuso encontrar el punto de encuentro. Nos dijeron que estuviéramos en el Hyatt Regency, pero Apple y Google Maps mostraban otro lugar. Resalté la calle donde está el punto de encuentro en amarillo (Koa Ave) en la foto de abajo. Prepárense para esperar un poco. Hay muchas compañías de tours recogiendo en el mismo lugar y estén preparados para escuchar su nombre. También pueden pedir ayuda a algunos de los guías si es necesario. Dicho esto, creemos que esta experiencia vale mucho la pena. Disfrutamos cada minuto y la comodidad que nos ofreció. 🤙

10/10 Experience and I'm not even glazing cause I Love Derk 😂🔥it was quite confusing finding the tour bus at first cause we didnt know they call out names since many tour bus' come through the same meet-up point, but other than that, It was quite literally "The Ultimate Tour" Derk's the best tour guide here, he went above and beyond with the History lessons of the venues we've visited and stopped by, almost felt like that one kids show " The Magic School Bus" 😂 Id highly recommend This Tour to anyone looking for an affordable and lively experience 🙏🏽 If you guys get Derk you wont regret ❤️

Excelente historia de Hawái, datos y humor de nuestra guía turística Maia. Me hubiera gustado quedarme un poco más en la playa, pero ya es un recorrido largo. Lo recomiendo para tener una muy buena idea de todo lo que se puede hacer en la isla y los consejos/recomendaciones que Maia proporciona son realmente útiles.

El guía turístico Rob fue muy atento, conocedor de la historia de cada parada del recorrido, muy considerado y amable. Es un guía maravilloso, ¡disfruté mucho el recorrido!

This tour is highly recommended if you only have a short time in Oahu. It gives you a glimpse of what the beautiful island has to offer. The transportation was good. The tour guide was great, very knowledgeable, a good driver, and a funny man. The places that we got to see are amazing, especially the beaches and gorgeous views of the island. I also loved the Macadamia farm and the Dole pineapple plantation. This is definitely a good value for money.

We had an amazing experience on the Ultimate Island Tour in Hawaii! The tour covered all the beautiful places in Oahu, offering stunning views and unforgettable sights. Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and informative, providing us with interesting facts and stories about each location. The tour lasted the whole day, giving us ample time to explore and enjoy each stop. Highly recommended for anyone looking to see the best of Oahu!

The driver was excellent, providing us with great historical information and details throughout our tour, so I learned a lot about Hawaii. I highly recommend trying Leonard's donuts!

Our tour guide, Thanty, was accommodating and funny. We were able to visit all the places on the itinerary. We only had short stops at each destination, but that was fine.

It didn't start off great, with the tour beginning 30 minutes late and all of us standing on the side of the road wondering if they were going to show up. However, once the tour started, it was fantastic, covering all the highlights of the North Shore. There was enough time at each lookout point to take a look and snap some pictures. Be aware that the shrimp costs about $25 USD per person, including a drink, which is an additional expense and must be paid in cash, but it's absolutely worth it. At the Dole Plantation, you'll have enough time to buy and eat Dole Whip, but not to explore too far, as you only have 30 minutes. The tour was very informative, with plenty of jokes and cultural insights along the way. Just be mindful that they do a spiel at the end about how much they get paid and that they live off tips. But overall, it was a good day.

After booking, you must provide a local mobile number that can receive messages. A text message will be sent to inform you of the location (same as stated on the webpage) and the appearance of the vehicle. Arriving early in the morning, I saw a crowd of people at the meeting point. Later, I learned that there seemed to be five or six vehicles for this tour, and you had to wait for your name to be called to know which car to take. After the first driver arrived, he only told everyone to wait 15-30 minutes for other vehicles to arrive. Later, vehicles gradually pulled up, but the scene was still chaotic, with everyone asking which car to get on. I saw some people who weren't called but were still arranged to get on a car. I was too worried about missing the tour, so I asked another staff member again (showing him the text message for confirmation), and I was arranged to get directly on one of the cars. After getting on, the driver (who was also the tour guide) began to introduce himself and asked everyone to fill in their names and pick-up/drop-off locations, etc. I was not asked to show any voucher. Aside from the somewhat chaotic boarding process, the itinerary was quite good, with a good number of places to visit. Seniors can easily travel around the island by car to see the scenery. The driver introduced relevant attractions and history in English throughout the trip, and he was very humorous and friendly. For lunch, we had garlic shrimp rice, which the driver would pre-order, making it convenient and delicious. There was one stop where you could swim for an hour; if you want to swim, remember to bring your gear. Those who didn't want to swim were taken to explore a nearby town, which also had a lot to see, especially many surf or indie craft shops, and also a Patagonia store. On this trip, due to a car breakdown, we waited longer at the last two stops, but overall, I was still satisfied with the itinerary. I recommend it to travelers who don't have a car but want to go to a slightly more distant place.
