I loveeeee the view and everything in the set. but the tour was kinda of a rush. i think we needed more time for photos and or at least to cherish every thing in the tour. because not all people are privileged enough to redo the same tour. WE-NEED-TIME... its a tour. oh and we started late. that's why. tsk tsk. the tour guide was great tho. he was humorous and knowledgeable. Just in a rush.

An absolute must-do for film lovers and families, this tour offers a fun, nostalgic look at iconic sets like Jurassic Park while driving through some of the most breathtaking, unreal mountain scenery on Oahu.

After comparing all the Kualoa Ranch tours, I ultimately chose the Bus Tour. I originally thought it would just be a quick stop-and-go, but the driver-guide extended the 1.5-hour tour to 2 hours, providing commentary on movie sets and various animals and plants along the way (note: commentary is entirely in English). Perhaps to differentiate it from other tours (like horseback riding or UTVs), the movie sets or locations visited were different. For example, the bus didn't stop at the Jurassic World set, which was a bit of a shame, but it did make an extra stop at the Kong: Skull Island set. Overall, I still highly recommend it. Although I haven't seen many of the movies, so some parts were lost on me, Kualoa Ranch is truly beautiful, and even without the movie sets, the scenery is stunning. Plus, the Bus Tour is much more affordable than other options, so overall, it's highly recommended.

Our guide gave us all the details about the ranch, the land, and the island. I didn't expect so many movies were filmed in that location.

Great view and interesting movie sites. The vehicle is very open, so it's easy to take pictures and see everything on the move. There are 2 stops to get off and take pictures: a movie site and the mountain. The vehicles only hold 10 to 12 people, with two people per row. It looks like it might rain during this tour, so bring something to keep dry and warm because if it does rain, you will get wet.

I booked only the local tour through Klook, without hotel transfer (I took TheBus, which cost $3 one way). I was able to join smoothly by showing the voucher to the staff on site. The bus had open seating. Although I had never seriously watched the Jurassic Park movies, I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the tour includes introductions to many movies that used Kualoa Ranch, and the guide spoke entirely in English (at a speed that might feel a bit fast for non-native speakers), so those who are not confident in their English might find it difficult to understand and enjoy 100%. The guide tried his best to explain and even told jokes, but only the English-speaking participants laughed (they didn't understand the jokes). We were able to get off for photos twice. I don't think there was enough time for photography, but I suppose it couldn't be helped. There are also courses for bicycles, horses, and UTV Raptors, and the tour routes seem to differ slightly, so I think it's better to consider carefully before booking. I'm glad I participated because it was a magnificent experience that cannot be had in Japan.

This was my first time participating in an activity at Kualoa Ranch, and we didn't visit many spots. We went to the filming location of Jurassic Park, but the driver/guide didn't give us enough time for photos. Some passengers didn't want to get off the bus, so those of us who did want to get off and take pictures had to queue up to take turns posing with King Kong and the giant dinosaur bones. Because we had to wait and queue for photos, we didn't even have time to appreciate the beautiful mountain scenery before the driver/guide suddenly drove off. We had to rush to catch up to the car before he stopped. It was a truly terrible experience! However, the scenery at Kualoa is genuinely stunning and beautiful!

No one picked up, so I'm giving one star for that; other parts are good!

The itinerary was just right, and the tour guide was very lively. We stopped at two photo spots, but didn't stay too long. Be sure to check if everyone is back on the bus, as there's no roll call and the bus will depart directly.
