My daughter and I had a great time exploring 4 popular temples (Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, and Wat Saket) in Bangkok with our knowledgeable tour guide JACK. He gave us detailed information for each temple we visited. He also showed us how to pray and worship in the temples. It was an amazing experience visiting those temples. I highly recommend this tour with our tour guide JACK.

If I could, I wouldn't even give one star. This is simply a scam. The entire process was extremely unpleasant. The night before departure, the tour guide called me to confirm the itinerary. After the call, he called again asking why I hadn't given him the itinerary. I immediately became very worried and skeptical about the quality of this company. As expected, despite booking for 10 AM, they showed up at the hotel at 7 AM, waking me up with a call from the front desk. From 7 AM, I started working like it was a regular workday, sending emails to suppliers and contacting your platform's customer service. On top of that, the tour guide seemed completely out of touch. 1. He told me he added me on Line yesterday to show me Muay Thai information, but I was also out of touch because he never added me on Line; he added the wrong person. Also, midway through, because too many people were queuing at a breakfast spot, I suggested we change restaurants and go eat breakfast. I showed my phone to the tour guide and driver, and they just took my phone to use as their navigation until we reached the destination, which completely stunned me. 2. He said his voice was hoarse and he couldn't speak, so why would they assign this tour guide to us? Seeing his age and him struggling to speak, I felt bad for him. 3. As for the itinerary, why five stars? Because I arranged it myself, so there were no problems. 3. What's even funnier is that in the car, he asked if we needed to use the restroom and said he would take us to a rest stop. Everyone in the car said yes, they wanted to go to the rest stop. But after a while, the tour guide told us we had already passed the rest stop, so we couldn't use the restroom. Everyone in the car had a look of confusion. 4. There were four of us, not including the tour guide, but they only gave us a car that barely fit all four of us, plus the tour guide and driver, making six people. My wife and I felt bad making our friends sit in the third row, so we had to squeeze into the cramped third row ourselves. My knees were bent uncomfortably the entire day. If this is the case, I would rather just book a single van, which would be cheaper and I wouldn't have to endure such frustration. I've been to Bangkok many times and almost always use your platform to book transfers, tours, and various services. This time, it truly broke my heart and left me in despair. I hope your platform can carefully select its partners, as airfare for a Chinese New Year trip isn't cheap, and returning home with painful memories is something no one wants. Luckily, this was my eighth time in Bangkok. If it were my first time in Bangkok and I encountered such a tour guide and driver, I think I would be incredibly worried and scared.
