Parque Nacional de Seoraksan e Ilha Nami: Excursão de Dia Inteiro

Just like Japan, they are very punctual. The meeting place was in Dongdaemun. Absolutely love it!! I think this was the best tour I participated in in Korea. Thanks to our guide Sander-nim! He is professional and shares little tidbits about each place he passes by while driving. Although it seems we aren't listening because it's hard to hear when you're in the back of the car 😄 I love the car with the charging port, so no need to worry, you can charge while on the road. Mount Seorak truly fulfilled my dream of a white wonderland. Sooo much snow!! Plus, we had an encounter with wild deer. How amazing. Then, Nami Island was a sight even in winter. We rented a bike and toured the whole island, and we had it all to ourselves because we were there early. I'd really advise you to rent one because you won't be able to circle it within the allotted time. We were also given free duty-free shopping vouchers!! 10/10 💕

Durante un reciente viaje al Parque Nacional Seoraksan y Naminara con mi cuñada, nuestro guía turístico, Robert, hizo que la experiencia fuera verdaderamente maravillosa. Con solo 6 personas en el grupo, Robert no solo nos guio, sino que también condujo la furgoneta, asegurando un viaje cómodo y agradable. Fue atento y alegre, tomándose el tiempo para comprender nuestros intereses personales. Durante nuestras 3 horas en Seoraksan, nos ofreció sugerencias personalizadas, ya sea que quisiéramos hacer senderismo, subir en teleférico para disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas o explorar cascadas y templos. Sus recomendaciones de comida local también mejoraron mucho el viaje. En el área de descanso de Hongcheon, nos indicó dónde encontrar deliciosos pasteles de nuez rellenos de pasta de frijol rojo, y antes de entrar en Naminara, nos presentó el dakgalbi, un plato de pollo picante salteado que es una especialidad local. Robert también es un fotógrafo hábil, capturando momentos memorables para nosotros. En general, Robert es una joya, y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una experiencia turística inolvidable.

Utmerket forberedelse og presentasjon av alternativer ved fjellet Seorak, slik at vi kunne få ut det vi ønsket. På Nami Island tok resten fergen, og jeg tok ziplinen. Anbefales på det sterkeste, da det var flott utsikt og en hyggelig opplevelse. Det tar omtrent 90 sekunder, så god tid til å nyte. Today, I was very lucky to have an excellent tour guide, Kim. He confirmed the pick-up location the day before departure and arrived punctually the next day. In the car, he explained the day's itinerary and Korean history, and also flexibly arranged activities. In the morning, he took us to Nami Island. Because there were fewer tourists, I honestly almost thought Nami Island wasn't a popular tourist spot. I spent 10 minutes at the Winter Sonata first kiss spot, and I was the only one taking photos. For lunch, Kim took us to eat delicious stir-fried chicken. Since I was alone, there was even a single-person set meal option, which was very tasty and included fresh vegetables. In the afternoon, we drove to Seoraksan, which allowed for a perfect 2-hour nap. At Seoraksan, the guide also gave advice for different mountain trails. I, alone, climbed the more challenging Route 4, and looking down at Seoraksan from the summit, I felt the trip was truly worthwhile. What I felt even luckier about was having four wonderful group members join all the activities today! I highly recommend this tour! You can participate with peace of mind.

Our guide was a Korean gentleman named David. He was very kind and, to entertain us participants, he played a Korean word game in the car at a rest stop, where if we guessed correctly, we'd win Korean walnut snacks. Also, upon arriving at each tourist spot, he would use a map to show us famous places, popular shops, and recommended hiking trails. Furthermore, I was very happy that he took photos for us in front of the tourist attractions. I was the only one who participated alone, but he made sure I had a great time. I am very grateful to him. At Seoraksan, there was only a little snow left on the mountains, but the scenery was beautiful, and there was a beauty in the rocks and the coexistence of Buddhism and nature. It is a beautiful national park that truly soothes the soul. Next, at Nami Island, we took a boat to the island. I still can't forget the beauty of seeing people going to the island via zip line next to us while on the boat, the beautiful scenery surrounded by nature, and the beauty of walking along the well-maintained avenue of tall trees after we arrived. The scenery was truly that magnificent. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

We were incredibly lucky on this day. We were awestruck by the snow-covered scenery of Seoraksan, a world draped in silver where time seemed to stand still. In the afternoon, we arrived at Nami Island, perfectly avoiding the crowds. Although there was no snow or autumn leaves, the sunset over the river still allowed us to capture the essence of "Winter Sonata." Our tour guide, Ms. Sun-mi, was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsible throughout the entire trip. She offered advice without pushing sales, which truly made this day tour a top-tier experience! The car was also a luxurious, executive-level vehicle, and we must give a huge thumbs-up to the driver. He was fast yet steady, ensuring a perfectly safe journey even in the snowstorm! (I was the last one to get off the bus, and Ms. Sun-mi even specially accompanied me to find a supermarket to buy strawberries. I'm extremely grateful!)

Es ist gut, die beiden Orte zu erleben, wenn Sie nur einen Tag für beide zur Verfügung haben, obwohl es wegen der langen Busfahrten etwas anstrengend ist. Da es am Seoraksan sehr windig war, war die Seilbahn nicht geöffnet, aber die Wanderung nach Biseondae war stattdessen schön. Auf der Insel Nami schmolz der Schnee, so dass viele Bereiche schlammig waren und es nicht viele Aktivitäten wie Entenboote und Fahrräder gab. Ansonsten warnte uns der Reiseleiter namens Reese im Voraus vor den begrenzten Essensmöglichkeiten am Seoraksan und gab stattdessen eine gute Empfehlung für das Mittagessen in der Nähe des Nami-Gebiets.

It was a great experience with Ktour Tour guide Tino, he has given many information and good recommendations about the tour destinations! We went to Nami Island first in the morning, rent a bike and cycle around the island taking nice pictures, then we went to Seoraksan National Park and took the cable car, and climb to see Biryongpokpo Falls within the 3 hours allocated time given, weather was nice and cool, air was very fresh.. it was a great experience with Ktour will recommend others to try this Ktour with Tino!
