It's very comfortable to visit on weekdays, not many people, but the staff's service attitude is still excellent! The Klook voucher is really great value! 1000 NTD includes: Kaiseki Japanese cuisine + hot spring bath (public bath) + park tour (you can pet animals for free + purchase feed for feeding at your own expense). If you have time, you can also sign up for DIY activities or experience yukata or Taisho-era literary hakama, and there are many places suitable for taking photos. The hot spring part was quite pleasant because there were very few users, but I'd like to offer some suggestions: 1. The chairs in the seated shower area are too low and the showerhead holder is too high. 2. I think lounge chairs or benches could be added near the hot spring pools, or places to hang towels. 3. Only hotel guests have yukata; paying users should also be provided with them so it doesn't feel awkward if they want to lie down and rest in between. 4. The hot spring temperature display doesn't seem very accurate. 5. I suggest adding combs and a sterilizer in the dressing area (luckily I brought my own, otherwise, drying my hair would have been a nightmare). It would be even better if cotton swabs were also provided. These are just small suggestions from a traveler who absolutely loves hot springs; I hope you can improve further.

The ticket purchase was quite a good deal, and the park is beautiful, showing that it's well-maintained. The Japanese kaiseki lunch set was good; if children don't eat sashimi, you can ask them to cook it. Getting close to the park animals wasn't crowded, which was great. The onsen (hot spring) environment was clean. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The park is very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The restrooms are all very clean, and I wasn't bitten by any small black mosquitoes. The open-air hot spring (rotenburo) area is quite spacious, with various temperatures. It's a pity there are no spa facilities, which makes it a bit monotonous. The Western food tastes good, and the service staff are all very enthusiastic and provide 100% service. They even helped deliver desserts to our table after replenishment, which was greatly appreciated.

This is an excellent value package, including park visits, animal interactions, and the opportunity to feed capybaras and alpacas with straw for your Instagram photos! The hot spring bath is absolutely wonderful and very enjoyable! The dinner menu was also quite good.

The hot springs are super comfortable, and the environment is great. I'd love to come again next time. There are five pools in total, including lavender and phytoncide pools. It feels wonderful after soaking.

It's perfect for bringing young children. You can see alpacas, sika deer, and capybaras. However, please note the opening hours for the small animals, as they also have their closing times.
