Festival de Gelo de Cheongyang, Nami, Vale de Gelo de Eobi e Tour de Morango

This trip was incredibly enjoyable and a truly memorable experience! 💕 First and foremost, our tour guide, Jessie, was wonderful. Before we disembarked at each location, she would meticulously explain its features and important notes (once in English and once in Chinese), which was very thoughtful. She was also very enthusiastic in helping us resolve any questions we had. Initially, I was concerned that a tour with five or six attractions strung together might feel too rushed or hurried, preventing us from fully experiencing and appreciating each spot. However, everything turned out to be perfectly paced, exceeding my expectations 😊. My favorite part was the strawberry picking experience. Although the itinerary stated a 40-5-minute experience, I initially worried it might be too short. Yet, after picking strawberries with my family in the orchard, we had just enough time to sit down and enjoy toast with strawberry jam, hot tea, eat a few freshly picked strawberries, and take photos. It was perfectly timed, allowing us to truly savor the gift this experience brought us 🍓🍵.

Our tour guide, Lena, was amazing. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. Her explanations throughout the trip were clear and engaging, and she made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. The strawberry farm was a great experience. We got to pick strawberries ourselves and also had the chance to taste delicious strawberry jam. Next, we visited the alpaca café, which had a very nice and relaxing environment. Interacting with the alpacas was such an enjoyable experience. After that, we headed for lunch before going to Nami Island. The restaurant recommended by Lena was excellent. I really loved the Chuncheon dakgalbi. Then we continued to Nami Island. Lena was very helpful in taking photos for guests and took especially good care of the elderly members of the group, which we really appreciated. Lastly, I also really enjoyed the rail bike experience. Lena was a great guide—knowledgeable, helpful, and always attentive. The driver was also very friendly and drove safely and smoothly.

We participated in a day tour on February 10th. We were very lucky that the other group members were of high quality, so our entire day went very smoothly! Strawberry picking, alpaca cafe, Ice Valley experience, Nami Island, and finally the rail bike – all were well worth seeing. We were also fortunate enough to encounter snow, and the scenery was so beautiful it made us want to cry! And we must give a huge shout-out to the hardest working and best tour leader, Unnie! (But we forgot her Korean name, sorry 🥹) Although Unnie is Korean, she also speaks Chinese and English, so she communicated and introduced everything in these two languages throughout the day. She was very dedicated and meticulous, taking care of and showing concern for every group member. The main point is that Unnie's photography skills are superb; she helped every group take commemorative photos at each scenic spot, but not just casually – she professionally framed shots, found angles, gave us posing instructions, and provided emotional value! This is truly the most impressive tour leader I've ever encountered in my group tour experience! It's such a pity we only had one day to spend with her. When the shuttle bus dropped us off and it was time to part ways, it was truly hard to say goodbye. I hope fate allows us to meet these people again. That day's tour experience was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! It's a shame the system only allows five stars; otherwise, I would give it a hundred stars 🌟

Strawberry Picking & Eobi Ice Valley & Nami Island & Rail Bike tour was absolutely perfect! 🍓 Our guide Mac was so caring and friendly he explained everything clearly, I learned a lot, and even gained a Korean friend thanks to his warmth. From the sweet breakfast bread with strawberry jam and coffee, to the breathtaking farm views, the Instagram worthy Ice Valley, hanging out with alpacas, and exploring the history of Nami Island (don’t miss the dakgalbi lunch!), every stop was unforgettable. 🚴‍♂️ Ending with the 8km rail bike ride was such a fun challenge, don’t worry, you’ll survive, just remember to dress warm because it’s super cold!

行程丰富，早上去了草莓园摘草莓，草莓很甜很好吃，之后去了冰谷、南怡岛和晨静树木园。晨静树木园地方很宽阔，灯饰非常漂亮。感谢导游申峰华(Kevin)为我们安排了精彩的一日游，时间安排得非常好，行程没有紧迫感，旅程轻松愉快。出发前一天，Kevin通过WhatsApp提醒我们出发时间和注意天气寒冷，提醒我们明天早上出发时只有零下九度，提醒我们要多穿衣服、戴帽子和手套等……

We booked this tour the day before, and our guide this time was wonderful. He was extremely friendly and always had a big smile. We signed up for three tours and were lucky to get an extra alpaca cafe visit included. Feeding the alpacas was so cute! The strawberry picking tour also included a box of strawberries per person, plus unlimited toasted bread with strawberry jam, hot tea, and hot coffee on-site. We were completely satisfied with all four tours. The weather was great with plenty of sunshine, and we loved how all the photos turned out. It is a tour worth recommending. Our guide Lena is very enthusiastic and cheerful! She is always willing to help take pictures of everyone, and her explanations are easy to understand. Even if you don't fully grasp something, you can always ask her later, and she will help you! Our tour itself was moved to the next day due to sudden snowfall, and we received a free upgrade to Strawberry Picking! The Ice Alps were very nice, with lots of beautiful ice sculptures. I think the newest one is the KPop Demon Hunter one 😄. The suspension bridge was also very beautiful. It was a bit windy, but seeing the frozen lake was breathtaking. I also saw some animal footprints in the snow there, which was very cute 😍. Lastly, the free upgraded strawberry farm was amazing! The place was warm, and the strawberries were very red and plump! 🍓 It was probably the sweetest strawberry I have ever eaten 👍! Overall, I definitely recommend this trip for people coming to Korea in wintertime!

Tour guide CJ is wonderful and deserves 10 stars. Along the way, he introduced Seoul's attractions and even surprised us by taking us to see alpacas, which the kids loved so much. When we arrived at the Ice Valley, he helped take group photos, and the lunch arranged at noon was also delicious—my family were stuffed. The nearby gift store was great for shopping, and the afternoon sledding activity was extremely fun; everyone had a blast.

I had a surreal experience with this tour. Our tour guide Tory was very calm and gave us sufficient time to enjoy all the activities to the fullest and I am very satisfied with the itinerary. The highlight of the tour is strawberry picking. The strawberries are so fresh and delicious. Loved it. Overall they deserve 5 stars.
