My family and I, a group of three, opted for the “pick up” service instead of the “meet up” option. Our driver, Ryan Shin, punctually collected us from our Myeongdong hotel at 8 AM on Saturday morning in his comfortable 8-seater Hyundai van. He safely drove us to Alpaca World, Samaksan Cable Car Station, and the Nami Island departure point. We communicated in Mandarin, and throughout the journey, we learned a great deal about Korean culture and history. He took photos and videos for us and even surprised us with his video compilation titled “Fun day with Ryan”! The highlights of our tour included feeding the adorable and friendly alpacas, enjoying the stunning panoramic views of Chuncheon from the cable car station's summit observation deck, admiring the cherry blossoms at Nami Island, and savoring a delicious dakgalbi (Chuncheon specialty) lunch. I highly recommend the “pick up” option for its privacy, especially for groups of 3-5 people, keeping in mind that ticket fees are not included in the price, and there's an additional charge of 25,000 won for every hour exceeding 10 hours.

The Tour Guide, James was very friendly and knowledgeable on the places that we went. Lunch was at a BBQ Restaurant which we didn't expected. Overall, was fun and relaxing.

Soowon helped us get tickets, informed us about the route to take at each location, and shared some history about some of the locations. It was a great experience.

We really enjoyed the tour and Kay was such a great tour guide. He arranged for a buggy to bring my mum up the hill at the alpaca farm. This was really helpful given her age and mobility. The vehicle was also really luxurious and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The tour was overall very fun and we enjoyed it.

We booked a private tour. Our driver, Dong, spoke very good English. He was accommodating and calm. The van was comfortable and clean. We were able to take naps during the 1 hour and 45 minute drive. It was worth the money! Nami Island is beautiful. It still has its Winter Sonata status.

Our tour guide, JUN, was excellent and spoke very good English. Since there were only 7 of us on the tour, it was very relaxed and the minivan ride was very comfortable. It was a long trip to Alpaca World (2 hours), but it was all worth it. If you love animals, then this tour is for you. The restaurant that Jun took us to was very, very good; pork and chicken BBQ. The cable car ride to Samaksan mountain was scenic and calming too (17-minute ride). Lastly, the trip to Nami Island was equally good. We rode the shuttle (8,000 won) so we could see the whole island without walking it. Overall... a day well spent and good value for money.

Our driver was very friendly. We really enjoyed our trip to Samaksan Mountain and Nami Island. They even helped us order our food during lunch.
