Dragging my tired body, I arrived here full of anticipation. At first, they asked if I wanted to upgrade to essential oils for an extra charge, so I paid an additional 200 to upgrade. However, it still felt like they were using a lot of massage oil; maybe they just added a few drops of essential oil, but I barely smelled the scent I chose… The massage process was almost imperceptible. I felt the therapist's (?) technique wasn't very good. It just felt like I was being touched for 120 minutes. My tired body received no relief at all. I'm not coming back next time, I'm so disappointed.

The location is very convenient, right at the MRT exit. The environment is spacious and comfortable, and the aromatherapist is professional and friendly.

When I called that night to make an appointment, I wasn't told I needed to call to have the door opened. I circled downstairs, couldn't find the entrance, and even asked the downstairs shop, but they didn't know either. Only when I called did they say they'd come down to open the door. They started with a foot steaming machine, which felt quite useless. Later, I found out the massage therapist was also a substitute and part-timer. The massage was very uncomfortable; I've never had such a bad experience. Only the bed was somewhat okay, but the whole process was not okay at all. It's better to spend a bit more money and go to Mei X Yuan.
