Went to the Siam Square branch for gel polish manicure and pedicure. Service was good. The colour of the nails was exactly what I wanted. The only concern is they reused the nail files that seem not hygienic enough.

The product page stated that the manicure, pedicure, and heel buffing services would take 1200 minutes. Upon check-in, I confirmed with the front desk staff, and they said it would take about an hour for men. The actual service time was less than an hour, but the nail technician was very professional and had a great attitude, for which I am very grateful. I suggest that the product page content needs to be corrected, or the service duration needs to be extended.

The eyelash material is quite stiff, but the lash technician was very gentle. You can also show her photos for reference, and she was super fast, finishing within an hour, which caught me off guard. They also offer nail services, so I'll try that next time if I have the chance.
