45-minute Swedish massage + 60-minute rose hydrating facial. It was quite moisturizing and done entirely by hand. The therapist seemed a little inexperienced, constantly re-wrapping my head, and the blackhead extraction was just average. The first part was a long manual facial massage, followed by a rose mud mask. The product had a strong, natural rose scent, which was nice. The environment was very new, the staff were polite, and there was no hard selling. 380/session, you can choose between body or facial. Each session uses one credit, and you can choose stem cell, deep hydration, or facial hydration. Overall, it was good.

Definitely worth the money. I had a full-body massage and a facial. The place has a very relaxing vibe and is well-lit. The Thai massage was performed by a Thai lady, and every stroke she made released the tension in my body. The facial was amazing, the best I've ever had. My skin was glowing after the massage, and what the lady did for me truly is master-level. I felt so pampered.

I had the massage and facial package. The massage was good, but the facial was just okay. The decor is very nice. The location is very close to the Times Square exit. They didn't try to sell me anything during the treatment, which was very good. After the treatment, the manager wasn't pushy at all. One negative point is that the staff were talking and laughing loudly during my facial, which woke me from my nap.

If a customer is truly interested in a treatment, they will proactively ask the staff for details. If they don't ask, it means they're not interested. 😵 There's no need to explain so many features and benefits of treatments to customers who aren't interested, because they won't want to buy. Also, I don't recommend asking customers to buy treatments while they are getting a massage. The purpose of a massage is to relax and have a peaceful environment, without being disturbed. 🤫🤫
