Afterward, we were escorted to a double massage room, which was very spacious and even had a shower room. Next was the full-body massage. The therapist first asked which areas felt more tired and needed extra attention. Then, they performed some muscle relaxation followed by a full-body essential oil massage. During the process, the therapist was very thoughtful, asking about our work nature, usual walking, and sitting postures. They explained why certain areas felt tired, attributing it to our daily habits, and advised us to pay more attention to our future lifestyle.
