The proprietress was very kind and spoke English, so we had no trouble understanding her. She personally helped us put on our kimonos. And when we had children with us, they were all very friendly and approachable. We happened to encounter rain, but there was a break in the rain later, so we were still able to take photos at Naminoue Shrine. However, because the weather was very humid and stuffy, the inner layers of our kimonos were quite damp by the time we returned them. Fortunately, they didn't mind.

It's a bit of a shame that there weren't many kimono options due to my height. For hot summer weather, I recommend just wearing a yukata to avoid sweating profusely. Luckily, it didn't rain, so overall it was a good experience. The proprietress had rainbow-colored hair and spoke fluent English, which was very interesting.

The auntie is very friendly. She asks for my opinion while doing my hair and then uses a straightener to style my bangs, which looks great! She also helps give advice when choosing hair accessories. It's really worth it! Because it will be more suitable than a regular hairstyle!

The service staff were excellent, attentive, friendly, and provided great advice. There are many sizes available, so no need to worry about not finding one that fits. There's an additional charge if you want hair styling services, but shoes and bags are included in the rental fee. I used their service on my wife's birthday, and when the staff found out, they wished her a happy birthday and even gave her a small gift. I was very impressed.

Highly recommend adding this on! The hairstylist is very professional and has great aesthetic sense 👍👍 It's a pity they don't speak much English 🤣, but they design styles according to each person's different look and face shape ❤️
