It was a bit of a hard sell, and the consultation before the facial was a bit too long. They tried to persuade me to switch to other treatments more suited to my skin, and it took a while before I could go into the room. After entering the room, no robe was provided, and I had to wait a bit after asking for one. The treatment included cleansing + exfoliation + some blackhead extraction and eyebrow shaping + machine infusion + manual massage + RF eye treatment + mud mask (the RF eye treatment was a complimentary extra). The machine infusion and RF eye treatment felt a bit unreasonably short compared to other places, then it moved on to the facial massage. I was a bit surprised that the RF eye treatment lasted quite a long time. The results were okay. After the treatment, they tried to sell me a package, a new customer grid system, 350 per grid, starting from 8 grids (you can choose aqua peel, and other different treatments also deduct one grid). Overall, it was okay, except for the slight selling.

Overall my experience was lovely, my therapist was fantastic and made me feel super comfortable. They definitely try to upsell you and it does take some time to start the treatment! I would recommend getting there 10/15 minutes early! The only thing I was not fond of was how often my therapist left the room during treatment - but it wasn’t too big of a deal!

The facial was very satisfying, and I could immediately see the moisturizing effect 👍 The beautician was very professional and friendly! The whole experience was very pleasant! There was no hard selling! It was a great deal to get this offer on Klook!

It wasn't too much of a hard sell. They didn't try to sell anything before or during the facial, and after the facial, when they saw we weren't interested, they let us leave quickly.

The salon is conveniently located in Causeway Bay. The service was okay, nothing special for Hong Kong standards. The therapist was friendly.
