an amazing place with lots to see. the staff were super friendly and we got to hold lots of reptiles and pat 2 baby crocs. highly recommend.

A bit of miscommunication between Klook, Staff of Croc Cove, RFD Facility. Email confirmation was only given to RFD, hence when visit Croc Cove, the staff there had no inkling of the reference number nor being able to do QR code verification. Croc Cove insisted that I contact Klook as they had no idea what to do next. Thankfully, a quick witted staff at Croc Cove called RFD and managed to solve the issue allowing entry into Croc Cove. Undue alarm if there were proper communication on SOP between Klook and the respective facilities.
