I'm leaving a review for Koreans. First of all, due to late flight times, luggage is always a hassle, right? It's really hard and heavy to carry around, and leaving it at the hotel doesn't fit the itinerary. So, I booked based on a past positive experience. And indeed, I traveled very, very comfortably! However, it was very inconvenient that communication was only possible via email. It would have been great if KakaoTalk or Line were available. But the email replies were so fast that it was okay. When I arrived at the airport and went to Gate 2 on the 3rd floor for international flights at the designated time, there was no one there!!! I thought, 'What if the designated time for this reservation doesn't come? What if it's lost?' And when it actually happened, I panicked ㅠㅠ. I emailed them saying I had arrived and was waiting, and it seemed like they only started moving then, haha. So I received my luggage 30 minutes later than scheduled. From what I saw, there doesn't seem to be a risk of loss, but please consider your estimated airport arrival time and potential delays when making a reservation. Oh, and when you leave your luggage at the hotel, you need to send a photo to the company. Use this address: service@luggagent.com. At first, I replied to the reservation confirmation email and didn't get a response, so I checked my inbox and replied to the most recent email address, and I got an immediate reply. I hope you double-check everything and have a pleasant and comfortable trip!

메일 응답 굉장히 빨라요. 캐리어 호텔 로비에 맡기면 픽업하는 사진 날아옵니다. 그 후 푸켓공항(국제선 3층) 2번 출구에서 메일 보내면 받아볼 수 있어요 약간 지연되는 경우가 있는 것 같은데 짐은 확실히 받아볼 수 있으니 걱정안하고 이용하시면 될 것 같습니다!

I was worried because the reviews were from 2018 and 2019, but the real-time chat consultation was great, and the company's email replies were quick, which I really appreciated! +I was supposed to receive my luggage at 7 AM, but I got a call from the hotel at 5 AM saying the luggage hadn't been picked up yet, which made me anxious. However, I received it safely around 6:30 AM! It seems the driver doesn't pick up at 11 AM exactly, but rather starts their rounds from 11 AM onwards! I'll probably use this service again if I go to Phuket next time!
