Phuket Thalang Shooting & Gokart

After purchasing, I was confused as there weren't any time stated in the booking. We arrived & there weren't anyone in sight. Luckily our Bolt driver helped us call & someone came to attend to us. There weren't anyone else so my boys had a fantastic time racing with each other. Unfortunately, halfway through 1 of the Kart was spoiled & the replacement Kart was super noisy. The person that attended to us was nice & polite.

I didn't realize it was so far from Patong. We paid an extra 500 Baht to get here. This place is very run down. We booked 9 go-karts, but they only have 3 go-karts and 2 ATVs. We had to play in two rounds, as we couldn't all play together.

Klook cheated me when I bought this go-kart activity. It took over an hour to reach this place from Phuket Town. Nobody was there to assist us upon our arrival. The kids were so excited for the go-kart, but they were very disappointed when they saw everything. The guy told us that the go-karts were completely run down and out of service. He said we could play if we wanted, but of course, we didn't due to safety concerns. Klook should keep a close eye on all merchants so that travelers aren't cheated by them. Very bad. I booked on the same day that I had a flight and they refused to cancel the booking.

The activity was unsuitable. The truck had no safety measures provided, such as helmets. The engine next to the truck was unprotected, leading to severe burns. The shooting range was abandoned, and no shooting experience was offered. Contacting Klook staff did not provide assistance.
