The hotel offers good value for money, and the actual appearance is very consistent with the online photos. The staff's service is commendable, with 24-hour WeChat support. The outdoor hot springs offer a wide variety of types and temperatures, and there's also a sauna room. On weekdays, there aren't many tourists, making it feel like you have the place to yourself. Although Klook stated that only one afternoon tea was included, the hotel provided it daily. The decorations on the beach are thoughtfully designed, and there are even swings. Many people were setting off fireworks by the sea, making it a great spot for photos. Although there aren't many attractions around the hotel, there are convenience stores, seafood restaurants, and late-night snack restaurants (BBQ skewers), all at reasonable prices.

The view from the sea-view suite is truly beautiful, the room is clean, the butler service is excellent, breakfast is superb 👍👍👍, and the comfort and private space are great. The scenery outside the window is like being in the Maldives.

A unique experience. Although the hotel doesn't have many rooms, it's fully equipped. Each room comes with a coffee machine ☕️, Japanese tea set, and other beverages, as well as a complimentary fruit platter. Additionally, guests can share various facilities with the adjacent hotel, which is very convenient. In the evening, the staff served each guest a bowl of peach gum, red date, and goji berry sweet soup, which was perfectly sweet and delicious. The beach is less than 30 feet from the entrance, and watching the beautiful fireworks at night truly makes for a different kind of trip.

The hotel is considered the best in Shuangyue Bay. I tried both the Japanese and garden room types, each with its own unique charm and excellent design. The staff are generally polite and provide good service. However, I believe there is still room for improvement. For example, the room booking includes access to the hot springs at the adjacent hotel, but you need to request admission tickets at the Tan She Hotel front desk. The hotel staff don't proactively mention this; if you don't ask, they won't provide them. Additionally, the room booking also includes breakfast for children, which again, you have to ask for; if you don't ask, it's not given. These aspects should be improved.

The hotel environment is beautiful, with direct access to the pool and beach from the room. There's a private butler, and messages left on WeChat receive immediate replies.

This year, I chose Klook again for my New Year's Eve booking, and the experience was still great. They promptly helped resolve a minor issue. The hotel is a bit remote, about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Shenzhen, but it was worth it once we arrived; the scenery is fantastic! We paid extra to upgrade to a Japanese-style suite. The room was a bit dated, but still worth the price. Celebrating New Year's Eve by the sea also created a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The hotel view is great, and they even provided afternoon tea. The butler was very attentive and created a group chat before our arrival. I saved 600 yuan by booking through KLOOK with points and coupons! What a great deal!
