This trip was such an amazing experience and it was made better by the convenience of this tour package. We were picked up at our condo in the allotted time frame which was good. The drive to the location was uninterrupted because there was no traffic. Our tour guide was also very clear and transparent with our itinerary. We were also blessed because it wasn't that sunny which made it all the better. After arriving at Sabang, we did a small hike up to the zipline area. The zipline over the water was also jaw dropping, an amazing experience indeed. Afterwards, we were toured in the mangrove river. Our boat captain was also very entertaining and knowledgeable about mangroves. We had our lunch near the pier so we just had to walk a little bit to the boat that will take us to the underground river. Overall, the whole trip was an experience of a lifetime. Being able to witness the underground river is something you can only do once.

This tour is a must when visiting Puerto Princesa! Our guide, Ms. Carol, made sure we had a blast all day long. The weather was perfect too. It was amazing to witness one of the 7 wonders of nature and to zipline 800 meters in Palawan! Lunch was tasty, and we even got to sample Tamilok, a local delicacy!!

Glad that I booked this 3 in 1 adventure plus we've met new friends in different races because of this tour. We've enjoyed a lot. Our day is full of adventures, and this is so legit. Plus the lunch is already included. We've enjoyed the Sabang Zipline, the mangrove paddle boat tour and ofcourse the magnificent Underground River Tour. You will be amazed of how clean Palawan is. Truly a paradise. It makes our life comfortable as it was all arranged for us.

Este paquete turístico 3 en 1 es perfecto porque es muy informativo y divertido al mismo tiempo. Con la señorita Carol como nuestra guía turística, nos ayudó a obtener la mejor experiencia de este tour. Primero está el famoso Río Subterráneo, luego para la tirolesa, tendrás que caminar unos 10 minutos y luego deslizarte por una tirolesa muy larga con una vista celestial sobre el mar. Por último, está el paseo en bote de remo por los manglares donde verás diferentes animales en sus hábitats naturales. Después de todas estas actividades, se ofrece un almuerzo tipo buffet donde podrás comer comida muy, muy buena. En general, este tour vale mucho la pena y no te lo pierdas cuando visites la hermosa Isla de Palawan.

Easy and fun day, we booked the 3 in 1 tour and some only booked the underground river. They had the opportunity to book the Zipline and boat tour on arrival or wait. The guide had to arrange the environmental fees and got out of the car before, Alex the driver was so kind to help us find our way, showing the best spots and was always there. He drove decently as well. For the Zipline you walked up the hill, and going down was nice with the view. Boat tour through the mangrove, lunch and the highlight was the underground river boat tour. Good explanation on the way, around an hour tour through the caves.

Our tour guide is Ms. Carol and she is one of the most amazing, approachable, and energetic guide we have! Our hotel is very far from the city but they still offered us a private shuttle transportation. Left our hotel at 7:30AM, went to the Underground River, did Zipline, Mangroves, and buffet lunch. Suggest to have your lunch around 1PM so you can enjoy the restaurant since it is less crowded. Finished and went back to our hotel at 3:30PM. Thank you so much Ms. Carol!

I thought this was an expensive tour but when we were in it, it was really, really fun! PPUR was really astounding, the 800 meter zipline was exhilarating and the Mangrove Tour was calming. Met new friends also during the tour and our tour guide, Ms. Carol, was amazing! The lunch buffet was also delicious. The food at Cacaoyan was really good. Since we had extra time, we went on a side trip to Ugong Cave and experienced caving and the superman zipline. Overall, super worth it and super fun tour. Highly recommend this to first timers in Puerto Princesa!

The Underground River is definitely worth visiting; make sure to set aside a full day for it during your time in Puerto Princesa. Be especially mindful of sun protection, and your shoes will certainly get wet, so wear aqua shoes like river trekking shoes. For the zipline, you'll need to climb a short slope, so flip-flops are not suitable. At 7 AM, the guide will pick you up from your hotel. The drive to Puerto Princesa takes about 1.5 hours, with a 10-minute photo stop at a scenic viewpoint. Then, you'll head to the pier area to transfer to a small boat. The small boat's engine is incredibly noisy, and the ride lasts about 20 minutes. Upon reaching the Underground River entrance, you'll switch to an even smaller paddle boat to enter the limestone cave. The audio guide has a Chinese mode, so everything was quite clear throughout the journey. One can't help but marvel at the wonders of nature; the cave is full of surprises and truly lives up to its reputation as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Afterward, the guide will lead you back to the original small boat to go ziplining. This involves a walk of about 10 minutes. After you slide down, someone will take your photo. A photo costs 250 pesos; if you feel it's a worthwhile souvenir, go ahead and buy it, as this is how the locals make a living. After ziplining, follow the crowd. If there's no crowd, ask for directions (as the guide won't join you for the zipline). Walk a few minutes to the mangrove ecosystem area. The mangrove ecosystem area is actually fantastic, but the guides speak Filipino and English. If you want to learn more about the mangroves, it's best to do some research beforehand. Our guide was humorous and engaging, providing detailed explanations, and even sang us off at the end. It's well worth giving her a small tip before you leave. Lunch was a bit late, arriving around 1 PM. It was a Filipino-style buffet. The restaurant offered "Palawan tree worms" for an additional charge of 100 pesos per small plate, said to be a local delicacy. The worms are raw and look somewhat like squid or oysters, which are mollusks. The dipping sauce is a sour, vinegar-like condiment (you can also request it spicy). There's a slight raw, fishy taste combined with a strong sour vinegar flavor. It's actually not bad, just intimidating to look at. Most of the people there were Filipino tourists; I was the only Taiwanese person brave enough to order and eat it, and I even received applause from everyone present! XD There's no time limit for dining, and the guide usually isn't in the restaurant, resting elsewhere nearby. So, after eating, you'll need to find your guide yourself, and then you'll head back to the hotel, arriving back in the city around 3:30 PM. Overall, it was a lot of fun! The Underground River is a must-see and truly amazing. The zipline was a bit underwhelming, just an interspersed activity. The Palawan mangroves are also the largest and most biodiverse mangrove forest in the Philippines, well worth seeing. I highly recommend travelers set aside a day to visit.

A really beautiful day. Picked up punctually from the hotel, with a very lovely tour guide (Carol). The price is justified for the day. Definitely do the zipline: you walk a beautiful forest path (20 min) to get there, and once you arrive, the zipline goes over the sea. It ends after 800m on the beach. This path is also great. On the mangrove tour, you'll see snakes and the Palawan monitor lizard, sometimes even monkeys. It was strenuous but a lot of fun. The bus was VIP. Very comfortable.
