We were picked up at our hotel, which was located in the town proper. The tour guide was very insightful about the area and shared his knowledge about fireflies. There were also many more fireflies than we had expected.

The driver was polite and on time. The tour guide and boat crew were very hospitable. The food was delicious and definitely a must-try. The tour itself was enchanting. Being able to see the fireflies in their natural habitat was therapeutic.

The entire trip was very relaxed and comfortable, and the tour guide and driver were also very nice. It's safe to say that the coordination and service were excellent! I was originally hesitant about whether to book with a local hotel or a local travel agency (but I felt neither offered much assurance, and I was worried about being abandoned or getting a cold shoulder if I didn't buy other tours). So, after much thought, I decided to find a package tour that was cheaper than hotel options and also provided a point of contact in case of any issues. I'm really glad for the powerful internet and its ability to connect us with the world and provide such amazing service. They picked us up on time, and even when the restaurant we stopped at for lunch had a power outage, the tour guide was incredibly dedicated, using his phone's flashlight and holding it high for us the entire time to provide light. It was so touching! Although the journey was a bit long, he kept telling jokes and introducing himself from beginning to end. He was so responsible, it was truly moving. Such service at this price is incredibly cost-effective!

After comparing the prices, convenience, and accuracy of local hotels, I felt a sense of regret for not discovering this sooner. From now on, we will book all our desired local tour packages through Klook. They have everything, it's incredibly powerful! Plus, it's very convenient and accurate; they notify you of the hotel pick-up time and itinerary a day in advance via message or email, making everything crystal clear. The pick-up vehicles are also quite comfortable, without feeling too crowded or squeezed. The entire process and service were excellent, with no hidden fees or aggressive sales pitches. I'm extremely satisfied! In the future, we'll have more confidence to travel independently abroad and plan our itineraries more flexibly.

We are a family of 8 with 3 children. We all enjoyed the experience! The hotel pick-up and drop-off were really convenient ❤️

We had a great time. There were no issues with the hotel pickup and drop off. I like how we're able to stroll along the bay while waiting, because that's where the boat is. The experience itself was also relaxing (not to mention, the food was delicious!). The listing photos aren't accurate, though. I think they should update it so the right expectations are set. Other than that, it's all good.
