Super praktisk service! De hentede min bagage direkte fra mit hotel i Tokyo, og jeg fik den tilbage i lufthavnen lige før mit fly. Det sparede mig for så meget besvær – ingen grund til at slæbe min kuffert rundt, mens jeg udforskede byen på min sidste dag. Processen var problemfri, til tiden og pålidelig. Helt klart det værd, hvis du vil nyde dine sidste timer i Tokyo uden at skulle bære på noget!

It is truly an amazing service. Just book, leave your luggage, and when you arrive at the airport, let them know, which I did via WhatsApp. Being from Australia, it's a totally different experience, but most trustworthy. I will use them again next trip. The driver was very professional in his handling when dropping off. Photos of the bags' journey were sent to keep us updated. The last 3 pictures are just my randoms 🤣🤣

This service was incredibly helpful. We used it for our transfer from the hotel to Narita Terminal 1. I'd advise anyone using it to read up on the process beforehand to ensure a smooth experience from the start, especially regarding communication and preparation. First, make sure you have internet access. You'll need it to send emails and, if necessary, use WhatsApp or a similar service for important communications. While most phones will display images, be aware that they will send photos of the meeting point and the driver's van. Second, keep a note on your calendar or in your diary about when you need to send and check for updates from Luggagent. Also, pack your bags or at least take photos of them (so Luggagent knows what they are being asked to carry). Third, depending on where you're staying, make sure to discuss the luggage collection process with the reception early in your stay. Inform the reception and ensure you have a pen and paper to write down any notices they (Luggagent) ask you to. Personally, I would pack the bags I need transferred the night before and get everything ready so you can take the relevant photos to send to Luggagent for the earliest possible confirmation. Also, consider the time it will take from picking up your luggage to checking in at the airport. Our driver was punctual, arriving a minute or more before the agreed time. Although our Skyliner to Narita Terminal 1 arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time, it took me a little while to navigate the escalators to the departures car drop-off section and then be ready to scan and look for the agent. I walked briskly and was fortunate that I could run up all the escalators as everyone was standing to the left. I managed to get into position in ten minutes, but I would advise those who prefer a less hectic dash through a station to allow 20 to 30 minutes. Also, don't forget to have a luggage trolley handy. Make sure you have your glasses on or are with someone with good eyesight. It's a wide, horseshoe-shaped area, so vehicles can be quite far from where you are. The drop-off section is quite large and, of course, busy, so where the agent can go and park can vary. Luckily, as I was at the meetup location early, I saw the agent's van arrive (a photo had been sent by Luggagent via email, and I had seen and met him at the hotel by chance). If there are two or more of you looking out for the van and driver, it may help. Lastly, I must praise our driver, Yamaguchi, a lovely man and a great representative of Luggagent. His English was okay, not comprehensive, but he was a great communicator. The service was a blessing for us as it meant we could travel back after spending the morning 'hold luggage' free. For us, the ability to send off our luggage and get to the airport faster than by road (Skyliner) in a car, which is a minimum of one hour (depending on the time of day, it could be much longer) and only 45 minutes by Skyliner, was worth it. We managed to have a nice sushi meal and then spent time relaxing in Ueno Park.

I'm very satisfied with this service! I highly recommend it to anyone whose itinerary allows for it on their last day. Although I was a bit worried the first time I used it, especially since my suitcase was full of souvenirs, being able to communicate and ask questions instantly via the official Line account put me at ease. Picking up my luggage was also very convenient, allowing me to have a more flexible itinerary on my last day.👍👍

BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!!! Since it was winter time when we went there so we have a lot of stuff and luggage for the clothes alone so it added pa when we did shopping. Imagine carrying 30kgs per luggage while transporting which is such a hassle. I’d recommend getting this. Super convenient!!

Beste service ooit. Mijn vlucht was 's avonds rond 23.00 uur en mijn uitchecktijd was om 11.00 uur. Dus ik heb deze service gebruikt om mijn 2 grote koffers van mijn Airbnb te laten ophalen en mijn bagage rond 19.00 uur te ontvangen. Zeer punctueel. De extra tijd kon ik nog gebruiken om andere plaatsen te bezoeken zonder onze zware bagage.

Didn't expect that I would be booking this, it's a must for those who love shopping. Haha. I had a big box for the omiyage which weighed 28kg and this helped me a lot. Check-out time for most hotels is 11 am, my flight is 8:35 pm on that day so I had no worries carrying my luggage. I was able to meet the driver on time, and the pick-up location was easy to find. Never thought there were such service available and this makes our life easier. We had a hassle free travel that we don’t have to bring all our big luggages along especially back to airport. They are on time and they update you from time to time if they picked up the luggages / drop off! They responded fast on any enquiries and very accommodative.
