It was really beautiful on the beach, and eating while watching the sunset 🌅🤩 And the food was delicious. There are lot of fish in the ocean, you can see them while snorkeling or you can look at them from the boat . At the first stop, you can do some Seawalking or real diving .
Because it rained lightly from early morning until noon, the sea was rough, making the trip less enjoyable. However, the tour service was excellent: - I booked last minute, only finding and booking this tour on KLOOK at 9 PM the night before. The itinerary stated the trip started at 8:30 AM the next day, but the operator only called at 8 AM to confirm and tell me to get ready. It would have been better if they called earlier. However, I can understand since I booked quite late; if I had booked earlier, the tour company might have contacted me sooner. - Due to the rough sea and rain, the tour company called to inform us of a change in the itinerary: we would skip the pearl farm, prison, and the rainbow show, only visiting two islands and Sao Beach. Given the bad weather, this was understandable. If the weather had been sunny and beautiful, everyone would have visited more places for such a cheap price. - The Red River tour guide was enthusiastic and pleasant. Although there were 30 guests, he managed and handled everything quite well, being very accommodating even with some demanding and peculiar individuals in the group. - The lunch on the boat had many Western-style dishes and was quite palatable. I noticed that the guests from the North didn't seem to like it much, hardly eating anything and leaving a lot of leftover food. Meanwhile, the guests from the South ate everything clean! :D Overall, I am very satisfied with this new tour 👍👍👍
We were not clearly informed where to wait for the car in advance, so we waited at the hotel entrance all day. The first stop of the itinerary was a self-funded diving activity, but since I was with two elderly people, we couldn't participate in such a relatively dangerous diving activity. We had to wait for the other group members to finish before heading to the next activity. The barbecue dinner was truly tasteless. Could you add some salt to the grilled food?
Overall, everything was great. We stayed at a hotel in Yangdong Town and received free pick-up and drop-off. Before departure, we received an English email from the organizer informing us of the pick-up time, and they arrived punctually to pick us up (they wear Polo uniforms, which makes them easy to spot). Although the first stop was a place to change clothes at sea, where they would also introduce the optional underwater walk, there was no hard selling. After the introduction, if you decided not to do it, it was perfectly fine. After changing, we headed to the snorkeling area! The sea was incredibly clear; you could see the seabed and fish even without getting into the water. After a while, they took everyone to the second island, which had a resting area and a bar. The prices weren't too expensive. We relaxed for two hours and weren't bored at all. If you're good at taking photos, it's even less boring, as there are many swings and swing chairs to sit on! If you want to change clothes beforehand, you can also shower, but if there's staff present, they will charge 20,000 Vietnamese Dong (it was priced, but if staff weren't there, they might miss collecting it). At 5:30 PM, we had a BBQ dinner with a beautiful sea view sunset (although it was hot, as the dining area had no shade for the good view). The only downside was that there were many flies in the evening, not just seven or eight, but over a dozen. We were eating and swatting flies at the same time! Although the staff were very sincere, lighting mosquito coils and adding a large electric fan, we were hesitant to touch the food! It was a bit of a shame!
The hotel shuttle was punctual and convenient. Although the guide didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They were helpful in taking photos and enthusiastically sharing them with participants. The final beach barbecue was fantastic, complete with a bonfire. Watching the sunset, enjoying the sea breeze, and eating freshly grilled seafood was a wonderful experience.
The island tour was very enjoyable. The day my family went, the weather was beautiful and sunny, so it was very calm, and the sea was a beautiful turquoise color with stunning coral. The boat was clean, and they sold many fresh and delicious types of snails on board (the cat's eye snail was particularly tasty!), at 300k per plate. The feeling of swimming and snorkeling to see the coral, then coming up to enjoy seafood, was absolutely amazing. Everyone should definitely try it. Booking services on Klook was great. For this trip to Phu Quoc, I booked everything on Klook: safari, island tour, and the Hon Thom cable car, which saved me quite a bit of money for other activities. I'm still in love with Phu Quoc and will definitely go on a few more trips, and I'll certainly continue to support Klook for my future travels.
Todo el personal, guías, conductor, marinero... son amables y simpáticos.
The trip started with a speedboat ride to a bay for snorkeling. We did see a lot of fish, which was wonderful, but because there were several other companies at the same location, it was a bit crowded. Also, instead of swimming out from the beach, we had to jump directly into the water from the speedboat, which might be a bit daunting for those who aren't strong swimmers. The tour guide was very friendly and provided explanations along the way, which was excellent. The beach environment was a bit dirty and cramped, lacking a relaxing atmosphere, so don't have too high expectations. The dining location offered a great view of the sunset, and the food taste was acceptable, though not outstanding. The seafood was fresh, which was good, but the main issue was that most of it had gone cold, and flies were constantly hovering over the food. It was really tiring to eat while shooing them away, and it significantly reduced our appetite. I also believe the food had already been enjoyed by flies before we even sat down. Overall, it was neither particularly good nor bad. The snorkeling experience was worth it, and the pick-up service was very convenient. However, if dining could be arranged indoors, the hygiene issues would be much better.
The transfer arrangements were appropriate, allowing ample time for activities. The island scenery is beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. Watching the sunset by the sea, feeling the sea breeze, and having a BBQ was very enjoyable.
I stayed at the Premier Residence and was very satisfied with the pick-up and drop-off service. The water activities were just okay because the water wasn't as clean as I expected. The food was also just okay. However, it was a good memory.
