What a great latte art class! Julien was incredibly patient and explained everything really clearly. He answered all our questions and covered both the theory and hands-on practical aspects. Definitely bring a notebook and pen because there’s a lot of useful knowledge to take down. This class really made me appreciate the skill and effort behind every cup of latte art coffee even more! Julien also made a beautiful butterfly latte art for me after the class, yes you can buy a cup coffee after the class is done!

Julien war ein hervorragender Lehrer. Basierend auf Gesprächen scheint seine Erfahrung daher zu rühren, dass er viel gereist ist und von verschiedenen Baristas in verschiedenen Ländern gelernt hat. Ich fand seinen Unterricht leicht verständlich, wobei es ihm gelang, das, wofür manche Leute Monate brauchen, in 1,5 Stunden zu vermitteln. Dabei gab er immer wieder Weisheiten preis, die für jeden nützlich sind, der ein Kaffeekenner werden möchte. Ein absolut lohnenswerter Kurs (10/10), wenn Sie lernen möchten, wie Sie ein Meisterwerk in Ihren Morgenkaffee zaubern können.

Had a fun time with my buddy and our barista instructor, Julien. We had quite a few tries with the art creation part so no worries about not having enough time or chances to do so. Everything was nicely paced and we got to learn a lot too. Quite an interesting and unique activity for coffee drinkers!
