It's an interesting experience overall, and the whole process takes about 1 hour. The flying time is about 7 minutes, and I also bought the GoPro package. I will recommend it to others.

Pengalaman terbaik di Kundasang, Sabah!!! Hanya duduk dan bersantai semasa berlepas dan mendarat. Perlu WhatsApp kru untuk masa dan cuaca yang sesuai untuk terbang, biasanya jam 10.30 pagi angin kencang untuk keadaan berlepas yang lebih baik. Pakai pakaian yang sesuai, kasut sukan, seluar panjang, baju lengan panjang, kerana ia sangat cerah dan sejuk pada masa yang sama. Sewa Go Pro RM20 juga untuk melengkapkan keseluruhan pengalaman yang hebat. Jangan rakam video dengan telefon anda sendiri, ia lebih goyah dan berisiko menjatuhkan telefon anda semasa terbang. Orang yang lebih berat, jarak penerbangan lebih pendek, jadi perlukan hari yang lebih berangin, untuk penerbangan yang lebih jauh. Harganya sama RM180 jika walk-in, tetapi jika tempahan walk-in, anda mungkin perlu menunggu lebih dari 1 jam untuk bermain. My first paragliding experience was fantastic. It felt very relaxing to fly, and the environment was beautiful. All the staff were incredibly friendly. For those prone to motion sickness, you should bring your own medicine. You may feel dizzy upon landing.

I was initially nervous, expecting a heart-pounding thrill, but the experience turned out to be smooth and not scary. The beautiful views more than compensated for the calm flight. The whole process was efficient, taking about an hour: 30 minutes for preparation, 15 minutes of flying, and 15 minutes for wrap-up and transportation. Please note that there's a mandatory RM40 per person premium insurance fee required upon arrival, which is not included in the booking. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone seeking stunning scenery from above. It’s perfect for those who want a gentle, enjoyable adventure without the intense thrills.
