It was a truly amazing experience to visit wildlife animals! Our tour guide, Mr. Robert, is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! He explained a lot of information to us! I am glad that I joined this trip!

For those who love nature and wish to escape the city, this is the place to be. It was my first experience exploring Borneo, and I am totally impressed, especially as a city girl with limited knowledge of the jungle's wilds. I had no complaints about the food, accommodation, or services from this tour agency. I would love to thank my tour guide, Ms. Bennie, for providing us with information about her beautiful hometown. The tour matched the description. We were very lucky; we traveled in a small group, just the two of us on the first day, and then four of us on the second and third days. The orangutans left the biggest impression. We thoroughly enjoyed watching them at the feeding station. The sun bears didn't make as much of an impression; they are further away from people. We were very fortunate with our guide, Benny, who accompanied us the entire way. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. We also enjoyed the river trip, taking the boat three times and seeing many birds and monkeys. On the morning walk, we managed to see small crocodiles. We didn't go on the night walks. On the daytime walk, we only saw a local guinea fowl with a red tail. The food at the hotel by the river was very good; everything was delicious, and there was plenty of fruit. Tea, coffee, and water were available 24/7. You need to be prepared that they do not accept cash. And at the hotel, you need to pay a tourist tax of 10 ringgit per night per room. One minor point: I would have liked the towels to be changed daily. They don't have time to dry. It's worth taking rubber boots, as there's a lot of mud on the ground, but I don't see the point in leech socks. And again, you'll have to pay 5 ringgit each for boots and socks if you take them. At Sepilok Jungle Resort, the food was unusually unappetizing; the watermelon was often sour, as were the cucumbers and tomatoes, and even the chicken seemed to have gone bad before it was cooked. For lunch and dinner, there was a menu selection. We mainly ordered local dishes, which were not tasty. There is a main pool with a normal depth of up to 160cm, a small pool with a jacuzzi, and a small children's pool with a slide. It's a shame that the second day was half empty. The pillows were very hard. There was no shampoo, only a single multi-purpose product. Overall, the impression

We were not aware that the hotel at Kinabatangan river was located more than 2 hours away from Sandakan airport & booked an early morning flight to depart on the last day. Fortunately, Ms Tiffany from the travel agent swiftly rearranged our tour so we could catch our flight home without missing any of the activities. We truly enjoyed the river cruise with our guide, Mr Terence, who is an easy going person with great sense of humour & impressive knowledge of the jungle & animals inhabiting it. The hotel room is very clean & the staff made us feel at home as soon as we stepped out from the boat to the reception area. Highly recommended getaway destination from the hustle & bustle of city life and gadget fasting with limited wifi there. Just a word of caution when you are in Sepilok. The grab drivers from Sepilok will not take you to town unless you agree to a round trip at exorbitant price. We managed to get the hotel reception to arrange their in house driver to take us to Sandakan at a reasonable rate.

We saw many Borneo animals; Sandakan itself has excellent nature conservation, and many wild animals thrive here. It is highly recommended to bring a telephoto lens, mosquito repellent, raincoats, and shoe covers. Our flight arrived at the airport a little after 7 PM, and the travel agency specifically arranged for a pick-up. When we left, our flight was at 10 PM, and they also arranged a car to take us. We shared a car with another family and paid 250 Malaysian Ringgit. The night walk in Bilit was adjusted to 20 Malaysian Ringgit per hour. The entire itinerary was very relaxed, except for the early start, needing to take a boat at 6 AM.

The guide was very responsible, leading us through the entire journey. We were incredibly lucky on our 4D3N trip, seeing rare animals like the Helmeted Hornbill, Malayan Hornbill, Asian Palm Civet, and civets. We experienced the unique charm of Borneo, fulfilling all my fantasies about the tropical rainforest. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to arrange some activities for the afternoon and evening of the first day.

Unforgettable experience. My guide Fazley went above and beyond. Truly made the experience even more elevated. It was absolutely brilliant. I felt really welcome and taken care of, everything from the food, accommodation to the tours.

5/5 tour all round. I would recommend the extra few days to see different animals. Highly recommend this tour!! Thank you to our guide Ray who helped with everything would recommend him, the staff at the Bilit lodge and the staff at sepilok They were so kind. Food was unbelievable! Our boat driver for the river cruise was also very good spotting everything . Thank you , great bunch :)

Amazing 4-day trip, our guide Mr Sharul was absolutely brilliant. We saw many wildlife at Kinabatangan River, including orangutans, crocodiles, hornbills and so many proboscis monkeys.

We had a great time with this package. From the start communication about the booking was great and during the tour everything went smoothly. Our guides Johny and Robert in Sepilok and RDC were great. The host Tiffany at Bilit was spectacular and should be winning awards for hospitality. The program at Bilit itself was packed enough with activities but also had enough rest time. The food served was superb considering you're in the jungle. We got to see all the animals we came to see, and enjoyed all our days on this package.
