I really had a great tour with Ms. Shochan, my tour guide. She is very accommodating and very enriching. I had fun and was able to know more about Nagoya. Thank you. Looking forward to more tours with Ms. Shochan and City Unscripted.

George was the perfect tour guide, sharing a rich knowledge of Japanese history. The tour was customized to my interests.

We arrived early on our flight and contacted our tour guide. However, we decided to wait until we were able to check in to our hotel. Upon arrival, it was a bit rainy and cold, so our guide decided to tour us around our hotel vicinity and some nearby restaurants. We were not able to tour other spots since most were already closed. Perhaps, I suggest doing this tour a little bit earlier or in the morning so that you can visit more places.

Anna, our local tour guide, has a wealth of experience when it comes to life in Nagoya. She took us to Nagoya Castle, Atsuta Jingu Shrine, and then Shirotori Garden. During the journey, she also touched on local famous spots, which we certainly appreciated her sharing. Please note that while she is a perfect local guide, she might not be the historian type of guide that some might expect from a travel agency.

The tour guide was punctual. We went to Nagoya Castle and the shrine, and finished our last stop at the Osu shopping district. The weather was good, and we traveled around via the subway.

It was a pleasant tour. Takako was very kind and helpful, especially when I needed to change my footwear because my luggage didn't arrive on time in Nagoya. The tour itself was okay, although I believe the itinerary could have been better. We visited the Osu shopping district, Oasis 21, the TV Tower, a shrine near the Osu shopping district (where I took a bunny photo), and Sakae, and that was pretty much it. If you're doing the half-day tour and aren't as interested in shopping, it would be good to ask for the Atsuta Shrine. But overall, I'm still glad I took this tour. I was still able to see most of what I had read online that needed to be seen.

My family and I enjoyed the half-day city tour. It was unfortunate that Nagoya Castle and the Toyota Museum were closed that day, but our guide still offered alternative sightseeing spots. The tour concluded with a very good lunch recommended by our guide.

We had a wonderful day! The guide was so friendly and had clearly put a lot of thought into personalising the tour for us, catering to our specific interests. The guide was so good, we are already planning our return to Nagoya. Thank you so much!
