The rental process was smooth and reasonably priced, though the helmet provided was basic, so bringing your own might be a better option. While some roads were challenging due to uneven terrain, the overall experience was exhilarating and made the journey unforgettable.

This motorcycle rental is very worth the price. I've been to many places and attractions for less than it would cost to hire a taxi or Grab.

I enjoyed my stay in Sapa. It was better with a scooter so I could go anywhere I wanted. It was very affordable.

The service was excellent; they even delivered the scooter directly to our hotel. Returning it was just as convenient, as they picked it up from the hotel. The most thoughtful part was being able to pay an extra 50,000 VND to switch to an automatic scooter, as we really don't know how to ride a manual one. The scooter was large but not heavy, rode very smoothly, was easy to handle, and had enough power. We happened to encounter some rocky and mountainous roads, but it wasn't an issue. However, traffic in Vietnam is truly dangerous, so everyone must constantly honk to alert other road users, especially in the mountains where it's prone to fog and rain. My eyelashes and eyebrows even frosted over – a very unique experience! Oh, but the helmet smelled a bit….
