Klook did not explain that we needed to present a voucher at the SeaLink pier for check-in. As a result, we arrived at the meeting point on time but couldn't find the tour guide, which led to us not having an English-speaking guide on the island. Out of all the activities I've participated in, this was the worst organized. The Segway was great; it only took 10 to 15 minutes to learn and get the hang of it quickly. We toured for 80 minutes, which was very effortless. It would have been impossible to go that far by bicycle.

I found the content a bit monotonous, mostly introducing relics from World War II, which I wasn't very interested in. Compared to my experiences in Europe, it was quite inferior. However, there are many uphill and downhill paths on the island, so a Segway is much less strenuous than a bicycle. It's worth a visit.

Both the itinerary and the email stated 12:30 for the Segway tour, but when we arrived at the local rental company, they informed us that our agent had booked the 09:00 slot.
