The best cooking class I have ever done, From the outset Brett’s communication was great, pick up from Bluport was seamless. The market tour was sensational, Brett and his team have a fantastic set up, we felt very well looked after through the day with plenty of clear instruction, all dietary and spice levels are taken care of, even the kids loved it. It was a great cultural experience. The local guide, Jessica, was very friendly and passionate. She introduced different traditional Thai seasoning, ingredients, and dishes while taking us on a tour around the Chatchai market. The cooking place is bit far from the city but it’s quite clean and relaxing. We made papaya salad, red curry pork, chicken fried with cashews, and mango sticky rice. The ingredients were all freshly bought from the market and prepared by us. Really learned a lot about Thai cuisine here.

Definitely one of the most signature experiences in Thailand. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cultural experience. Very well prepared and explained. So stuffed by the end... it's worth every penny you spend.

It's simply fantastic, our family incredibly enjoyed it! Everything was so well organized; first, we were at the market, then we went to the house where we cooked the dishes. Such attention to detail, magnificent dishes, a wonderful team that told us all the nuances of cooking. I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

I was worried about my English phobia, but the English used when shopping or during cooking classes consisted of simple words, so there was no problem at all. I especially liked being able to explore the local market without any pressure. The venue was also charming, being a wooden building rather than a modern one, and all the dishes were delicious, so I was completely satisfied. Even if you're worried about English, I highly recommend participating once; you won't regret it.

It was a lovely experience. Staff was sufficient, attentive, professional and friendly. Cooking class premises was well presented. Staff's English was very good and easy to communicate. We had no problems in following the instructions. The end products were satisfying. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly kind, and the market tour was fun as we got to see and touch various ingredients firsthand. The atmosphere of the class venue was also very authentically Thai, which was much better than I expected. I visited with my family, including my 7-year-old niece. Although the long class was a bit tiring for her, she enjoyed it and happily participated, even cutting ingredients and kneading dough for all the dishes herself. Since I seasoned and cooked everything myself, it seemed to suit my taste even more, and all the food was delicious, so I am truly satisfied.

We enjoyed this so much! The recipe book we took home has become a really useful resource. We put what we learned to good use and now cook the dishes at home.

In the morning, there's a tour of the century-old morning market, where you'll also get to taste fruits and grilled bananas. For those not fluent in English, the guide will speak slower and use gestures to assist, ensuring you understand about 80% of the tour. During the cooking session, you'll experience making four dishes and then enjoy them. You can pack any leftovers to take home. Upon completion of the class, you'll receive a certificate, and photos will be taken for you during the class. It's a pretty good experience.
