Unforgettable experience! Our guide was excellent, keeping us well-informed and engaged throughout the day. Although the bus journey was long, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived at Niagara Falls. The falls were breathtaking! We left the hotel at 4 AM, arrived at 11 AM, departed by 2:45 PM, and got back around 11 PM. A long day, but completely worth it for such a magnificent sight!
Niaara Falls is so amazing and worth waking up at three o'clock for. Amigo, your service is very professional and information is transparent via the app. The tour guide is great and nice. A one-day trip is too tight. I will book a two-day trip next time.

Amazing experience! Enjoyed the stunning view of Niagara Falls. Pros: convenient and friendly tour guide. Cons: long travel time and limited free time. But overall, great value!!
Our tour guide Arturo was very kind and polite. We were delayed in boarding the Maid of the Mist boat because we hadn't been given a ticket, and Arturo took care of that. Although the Niagara tour was shortened by 2 hours, as it was supposed to arrive in NY at midnight, it was an enjoyable tour nonetheless. I wish the schedule had been followed so we could have had a little more time at the Falls.
The bus was dirty. It had food residues. Niagara Falls was awesome. I felt the guide was racist. We didn't like his behavior at all. But it's a must-visit.
캐나다가 아니라 미국령 나이아가라인데 이쪽 위치도 너무 예쁜 풍경들이 많았습니다. 가이드분도 너무 친절하셨고 인솔을 잘 해주십니다. 스페인어랑 영어 두개 사용하시는 분이셔서 말이 좀 빠르고 발음이 평소 듣던거랑 달라 조금 많이 귀기울이긴했어요 ㅋㅋ 보트를 타신다면 쪼금 일정이 빠듯할거같고 보트 안하시면 1시간정도 개인 자유시간 보낼 수 있습니다
The tour guide was incredibly kind and constantly checked to ensure there were no uncomfortable situations. They explained each point in an interesting and engaging way, which helped us understand the information well. Although the travel time was a bit long, it was definitely worth it.

나이아가라투어는 꼭 하세요! 맨하튼 볼게 많아서 시차 때문에 안가려다가 미국 사는 친구가 꼭 가라고, 언제 가보냐 해서 이틀 전 예약했거든요. 환상적이예요~~~ 유머러스하고 능숙한 가이드에 비해 투어버스가 맞춰주질 못했네요. 시트 먼지가 많은 편입니다. 그래도 충전서비스가 되어 있어서 괜찮았어요. 유모차 가족이 조금 튀었는데 그들의 상황에 맞게(만남의 장소에 오지 못한) 맞춰 주었습니다. 저는 허리가 안좋아 허리밴드를 챙겨 갔습니다. 생각보다 많이 걷진 않고 적당해요~ 그리구 휴게소가 진짜 싸고 대형마트같아요.! 시간만 충분하면 더 살걸 그랬어요~
