Muhammad could not have been a better tour guide. I honestly wasn't sure exactly what to look forward to after purchasing this package, but it EXCEEDED every expectation. He was knowledgeable, not only of the area and the falls but where to stand, where to look or where to be to get the most from our experience. He was extremely personable and fun to interact with. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough! If you're in the area, this will make your trip so much better!!
My 7-year old daughter and I had a great time- Mike and Heidi were great guides. They were informative, friendly, and kept us on schedule so we could experience all of the highlights! I really liked that this was a smaller tour group rather than some of the larger ones we saw. Note that there is quite a bit of walking (we were fine with this!) but just something to note for others.

When visiting Niagara Falls, we suggest joining the tour and the boat ride, which bring you right up to the falls. Our tour guide was great.
The weather was very bad on the day of our tour. It rained pretty heavily throughout but our guide was so good and patient and gave us ponchos to use until we got the Maid of the Mist ones. He gave us good tips on where to stand on the Maid of the Mist to get the best photos. He also told interesting stories along the way and bought us trolley tickets so we wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. He helped us to take really nice group photos. On our own, we would have struggled in those wet conditions but our guide made it all possible so just glad that we did the tour.
We had such an amazing experience. This was a trip where we didn't want to miss anything and wanted to see Niagara in all its glory (day and night). Our guide, Mr. Scott, was such a wonderful, wonderful guy. He knew the best spots for views and shared his detailed knowledge about the various spots and history of Niagara. He made sure we were on time for most boats and the Cave of the Winds tour and gave us tips to get the best views from the boat. He also took some amazing pictures for us along the way. We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Niagara via Klook and would highly recommend it.
One of the beautiful places in Buffalo. Had a great time. Hurricane at Cave of the Winds was enthralling and took the breath away.

Although our guide, Lauren, was amazing and the service from The Daily Trips was flawless, after experiencing the itinerary firsthand, I came to the conclusion that not everything included is worth the money. For me, the highlights were definitely Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Everything else felt less worthwhile, especially considering that these two activities can be done independently for almost half the price. Just a suggestion based on my experience.
