Kelly was a great guide, her English was excellent! Breakfast on the river was an experience in itself. The market was less busy than expected, which is of course due to the roads that have been built over time and the markets held on the mainland. Despite that, we definitely recommend the tour!
We embarked on this Cai Rang Floating Market tour in Can Tho and couldn't have been happier—this was the absolute highlight of our trip! Our guide, Kylie, was truly knowledgeable, professional, and had a wonderful personality. She made us feel instantly welcome and ensured the entire experience was deeply rewarding. We got some great hands-on experiences: we got to make rice noodles ourselves, tasted delicious coconut candies, and had a perfectly good noodle soup right in the heart of the floating market. The atmosphere was filled with nice people and a great vibe. Thank you, Kylie and the whole team, for an unforgettable morning! We warmly recommend this tour to everyone!
The floating market experience was absolutely wonderful. Despite the early start, feeling the gentle breeze on our faces and seeing the small houses and people on either side was truly enjoyable. The noodles and pineapples sold by the vendors on the water were incredibly delicious. The trip also included a visit to a noodle-making factory where we could make noodles by hand.
It was a great experience to learn about the local culture and life. I hope to participate again next time.
Fantastisk, nem måde at besøge markedet på. Privat tur og mindre båd gjorde det muligt for os at komme ind midt på markedet. Morgenmad fra markedet på båden var lækker! Guiden var super vidende og engagerende. Risnudelbesøget var også fedt at se.
Aunque el mercado atiende tanto a lugareños como a turistas, transmite un ambiente auténtico y no parece demasiado turístico. En mayo de 2026, logramos probar fideos locales, pasteles, frutas y disfrutar de las vistas y los sonidos de la vida en el ancho río. Nuestro guía, Phoenix, fue muy útil y se aseguró de compartir información sobre la vida de la gente local. Realmente un valor añadido. Recomendaría este viaje, ya que es una experiencia reveladora, aunque un poco fuera de lo común.

It was an unforgettable experience to have food on the Mekong Delta. We had bun rieu, visited the rice factory, and most importantly, were accompanied by a passionate, knowledgeable guide.
Returning after 10 years, the vibrant atmosphere of the floating market has truly faded away...
