Easy claiming. Just present the QR code to the staff and they will give you actual tickets. The observation deck gives you a view of Mojiko Retro. We went around sunset, so it was a good view to see the sun setting.

I showed my reservation to the staff at the ground floor reception, and he asked me to take the elevator up. The security at the elevator didn't know about the reservation, so the staff helped again. I showed the reservation to the staff at the observatory again to enter. There's a cafe up there. It's best to go just before sunset to catch both day and night views of Mojiko.

It's nice to see it from far away. However, the view isn't that pretty during the day.

I've been to Mojiko three times, but this was my first visit to the Mojiko Retro Observation Deck. Mojiko has a nostalgic atmosphere, so it's great for taking photos both day and night.
