We had an amazing whale shark watching experience in Oslob with my dad. We’re visiting from Canada and this trip meant a lot to us. Our guide Belle was amazing, very professional, organized, and kind throughout the day. My dad is 55 and had injured his ankle earlier in the trip, but the team was very patient and accommodating so he could still enjoy everything. We also stopped at Tumalog Falls and riding motorcycles to the falls and back was so fun. We had such a great time and made wonderful memories together. Highly recommend this tour.

Great logistics arrangements. Driver Paul was on time to pick us up from hotel at 3am and drove safely to Oslob taking only a 10-minute break during the 3 hour drive from Mactan Island to the whale shark watching site. Our tour guide Maxine was cheerful, helpful and took great photos for us. Swimming with whale sharks was a great experience. We felt safe and well taken care of all the way. After getting back on the beach Paul and Maxine took us to a nearby restaurant with shower facilities (think big pail of running tap water with a scoop). Got to do a quick shower before change into clean clothes before setting on our return to Mactan Island Cebu. We didn’t opt for Tumalog Falls. Thank you for great service!

Although I don't speak English, the local driver contacted me via KakaoTalk, so there were no communication difficulties thanks to KakaoTalk's translation feature. All 11 family members made a reservation, and although two couldn't make it on the day due to their condition, the nine of us all had a wonderful day. Actually, I was the only one in my family who had been on a whale shark tour three times before, and usually, it costs over 100,000 won per person, so I was a little nervous about the very low price, but that nervousness quickly disappeared. The package included a rental car + driver + costs for the local whale shark tour + a dedicated local helper for our family + Tumalog Falls visit + drop-off at our desired accommodation. Even though there wasn't a Korean guide, they were very kind and communicated using simple English words, as if they had dealt with many Koreans who don't speak English, just like me. So, even without speaking English, I was able to do everything I wanted, stop by a supermarket before heading to the accommodation, and return safely to our lodging. I had actually gotten quotes from Korean travel agencies, but I ended up going for 30% of that cost.

Nagpunta kami noong araw ng linggo, kaya hindi gaanong masama ang paghihintay sa bangka (mga 1 oras nang dumating kami ng 7:30am). Lubos akong nasiyahan sa tour operator na Island Trek Tours - ang aking gabay na si Em Em ay inalagaan ako nang napakabuti at sinamahan ako sa bawat hakbang, inalagaan pa niya ang aking personal na gamit habang ako ay nasa bangka. Ang driver na si Joramie ay napakapropesyonal din, ligtas niya kaming naihatid at naibalik at nagkaroon kami ng magandang pag-uusap sa aming biyahe. Binisita namin ang Cuartel ruins sa aming pagbalik.

Excellent quality and high value for money. The driver drove very smoothly, and the vehicle was clean. The tour guide who greeted us upon arrival at the whale shark village was very kind and enthusiastic. Our group of 12 participated in the whale shark snorkeling on February 19th, a round trip from Cebu on the same day. We departed at 03:00 AM and arrived around 06:00 AM, getting a number over 200. There were so many people during the Lunar New Year! However, the sea conditions were not good that day, so we couldn't go into the water. Although it was a pity, we will definitely join again next time. Since we had already paid extra for the whale shark interaction but couldn't go into the water, we received an immediate refund of 1000 pesos per person. This was really well handled, thumbs up!

I have to say, travelling from Mactan to Oslob and back in one day was seriously tiring — but totally worth it. I’m staying in Mactan and our pickup was at 3am, so I basically knocked out in the car and only woke up when we arrived. There was a local guide to help us figure out the queue, and when we got there around 6:30am, the line was already stretching all the way to the roadside. The guide said it was peak season and there was a chance we might not even see the whale sharks if our number got called too late. So we decided to go for a dive with one of the nearby shops to skip the queue — and honestly, no regrets at all. By the time we finished diving, it was only 9:30am. We grabbed breakfast and left around 10am. The journey back took about 4 hours because of traffic. We reached the hotel around 2pm, managed to get some sleep, and felt recharged for the next day.

The experience day was on June 17th. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel on Mactan Island. We were picked up at the hotel at 5 AM and arrived in Oslob a little after 8 AM. We ate breakfast in the car. If you need to use the restroom along the way, just tell the driver and they will stop. Safety: The driver and the guide/baggage handler who joined us from Oslob took good care of our belongings. We felt safe going to swim with the whale sharks. Experience: Upon arriving in Oslob, there was no time to wait; we immediately read the instructions for the experience and were able to go see them right away. The pace was so quick and efficient that we had extra time, so we were also taken to Tumalog Falls. It cost 250 pesos for two people. This included guidance, photos, and videos at the falls, as well as motorcycle transport from the nearest point to the falls. Facilities: After all the experiences were finished, we went to the waiting area with our guide to use the restroom and change, and then we were done. The fuel cost between the hotel and Oslob is not included, so we paid it upon arrival at the hotel. It was 2000 pesos (which might be a bit expensive). Also, it's better to wear your swimsuit at the hotel before heading to Oslob.

We had a great driver who got us there safely. Our young guide Princess was excellent, helpful, friendly and answered all our questions. Yes it’s a bit of a wait to get on the boat but well worth it! The Tumalog Falls were lovely too and worth paying 100 PHP for motorbike ride up the hill!

A once in a lifetime experience! Our driver (Janilo) arrived at 5 am and we reached Oslob around 9 am due to traffic and a few necessary stopovers. I recommend leaving a few hours earlier! When we arrived, our tour guide (Cecille) sorted everything out for us so we didn't have to queue. So thankful. She looked after our belongings while we swam with the Whale Sharks and also took so many great photos! The tour also took us on side trips to places like Tumalog Falls and the Cuartel ruins, which were all equally amazing. Overall, we felt incredibly well taken care of. 100% recommend this tour!

We were picked up from our resort in Moalboal (PHP 1,500 surcharge for pickup outside Cebu City) at 5 AM and reached Oslob close to 7 AM. We had 7 people for a van, and it was already quite full with everyone's luggage. Upon reaching Oslob, we were greeted by a staff member who guided us throughout. We had to wait to see the sharks, so in the meantime, we were brought to their restaurant, or you could opt for a waterfall activity (at an additional charge). We eventually saw the sharks at around 11 AM, and it was amazing!
