Sir Mark of McRich is easy to talk to. Kuya Marlon was our driver. He arrived 30 minutes earlier. Smooth driving, not too slow, not too fast. Unfortunately, we didn't see the whaleshark nor embark on a boat. Sir Mark advised that they will process a partial refund. We will wait for that. Then we went to Tumalog Falls, had our lunch, then went to Moalboal. All our guides were professional and funny. We had so much fun. This tour is worth it even though we were sad that our Russian guests didn't encounter any whalesharks.

This was a really nice experience. We booked the private tour which I recommend, so that you don’t need to wait for a lot of people. Our driver was very punctual and arrived slightly before agreed time, so we could start our journey as planned. We arrived to Oslob at 4:30 and were 98th on the queue for whale shark watching, so had 2-3 hours of waiting ahead of us. During this time we had a breakfast at the local cafe, not the best, but ok. Getting on the boat was a bit messy because of lots of people, but the guide took good care of us and made sure we are seated. Snorkeling with whale sharks is limited by time and you need to swim next to your boat only, but this is fine, half an hour is enough to see them. Beautiful and really unique experience. The waterfall is also beautiful, but I understand the frustration of those who missed the opportunity to see the sharks because of the weather. Swimming with the school of fish is also impressive. I recommend this tour!

This was one of the best experiences of my Cebu trip! Seeing the whale sharks up close was absolutely unforgettable. The sardine run and turtle snorkeling were also incredible. The guides were friendly, helpful, and always made safety a priority. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable throughout the tour. It was a long day with an early start, but completely worth it. I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers who love adventure and marine life!

Muy temprano, pero sin duda un viaje que hay que hacer. Es muy humilde nadar junto a los gigantes gentiles. Recomiendo encarecidamente alquilar la GoPro para capturar sus recuerdos. We had an absolute blast on our day tour! *Driver Alvin: Arrived early before 2:00 AM and drove very smoothly, allowing us to get a restful sleep during the long drive. His route expertise kept everything seamless and even got us back to Cebu early! *Awesome Snorkeling Guides: Huge thanks to the Oslob and Moalboal instructors! They ensured our safety and used our rental GoPro to capture incredible, high-quality underwater photos and videos with the whale sharks, sardine run, and turtles. *Unforgettable Itinerary: Every stop was remarkable—from swimming alongside gentle giants and relaxing at Tumalog Falls to snorkeling with rich marine life in Moalboal. Driver Patrick is doing so well. He speaks English well and provides great explanations. He brought us to his hometown, Carcar, to have the best lechon.

The tour where we observed whale sharks, sardines, and sea turtles was truly a lifelong memory and created wonderful recollections. I highly recommend seeing them if you visit Cebu. However, there's a bit of room for improvement in terms of service. The driver only drove, and when we arrived at our destination, we didn't know what to do, and there was no explanation or guidance. It would have been helpful if there were at least warning signs at the tourist spots. Our family got lost a lot at each attraction. The driver drove a bit fast, but he always greeted us with a smile, and thanks to him, we returned safely.

Overall, it's pretty good 😌. Being able to see whale sharks, sea turtles, and sardines is well worth it. If you're snorkeling with whale sharks 🤿, remember to bring your own snorkel, as only goggles are provided on-site. You'll also need to bring your own towel.
