It was a unique experience seeing the inside of my ears and having them cleaned in real time. The beauty technician assigned to me was very kind, too. I would book again when I come back to Taiwan.

This time, I had a 50-minute facial treatment. First, my skin condition was assessed, and then we discussed the treatment. The aesthetician's technique was incredibly gentle; it was my first time falling asleep during a facial. There was absolutely no pain, it was very comfortable, and my face was remarkably bright and clear afterwards. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location is very convenient; I found it within 5 minutes of exiting the MRT station. It's a quiet environment. Not long after the treatment started, I fell asleep. It was a very comfortable hour.

A very comfortable and relaxing environment. It's great to treat yourself to some enjoyment once in a while! I suggest arranging a larger rest area (or one separated from the reception desk) and guiding guests to relax there briefly before leaving. Additionally, besides hot tea, you could prepare small cookies or snacks (they don't need to be fancy; a simple, thoughtful gesture would create an even better experience).

This was a great experience; the staff were attentive and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary refreshments. I will definitely be returning. Very good.
