Experiência de Roteiro de Coquetéis em Bacolod

This was happening in February 2023. Supposedly this is a good thing and a gift to my partner, but we waited in our hotel lobby for almost an hour, and when I called the merchant team here in Bacolod (Southwest Tours), they couldn't give me an exact answer and asked me to call Klook. This is a bluff. We didn't have a chance to do this experience. Very poor service on the part of the merchant and Klook. This is very upsetting too, since I am a Klook user every time I travel, and now they do this. Don't bother to book this cocktail tour experience in Bacolod; you will be very upset about this booking. On the other hand, I am surprised that I earned points even though we didn't do the activity that we booked.
