The atmosphere was lovely, and it was a truly exquisite experience. The staff carefully explained the sweets and were very attentive. When I mentioned I couldn't finish everything, they explained which items could and couldn't be taken out. In the end, they beautifully packed the items in a box, so I enjoyed them later in my room. There was also plenty of tea, enough for three cups, and milk was provided upon request. It was delicious tea. Looking up at the high ceiling, I could see the sun. It was a wonderful afternoon tea with an atrium that allowed me to feel the weather.

Wonderful experience! My family enjoyed the Memory Lane High Tea, the flavors are on point and the collaboration with Yakun made it extra special. What a unique way to celebrate SG60! Special mention to Ms. Natt and Mr. Joseph who's very attentive, warm and very friendly.

I had a problem with the booking, but luckily it was resolved through Klook customer service. Thank you for being responsive. I booked the Afternoon Tea for 2 people for my sister's birthday. The restaurant called the day before to confirm, and I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration. The venue is in the Level 1 lobby area, featuring a high ceiling with natural light from the facade windows. The tea selection was from TWG, and there was also a coffee list. Both were refillable, and you could switch drinks. The afternoon tea was served, and they explained that the savory items were refillable. This was true, except for the mashed potato egg served in a small bowl. The savory items – the salmon and duck – were delicious! However, the sweets were too sweet! The cream for each different tart and puff was incredibly sweet. We were grateful that the savory items were refillable. The service from the managers and team was excellent! They were very attentive, and the manager who took our picture did a great job capturing a lovely, beautiful shot. He even joked that he was an expert, haha. My sister received a complimentary cake for her birthday, and they took a picture of us, printed it, and presented it along with a card. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I would recommend this to anyone looking to try a high tea experience in Singapore, as the promotion on Klook makes it more affordable and offers better value for money compared to other places!

I had read online that they were more generous and would allow you to choose one of your favorites. We requested one more scone and they said it was chargeable. The only thing they would refill is the hot water. Overall, no regrets as I was celebrating Easter. The tea and the tastes were all good.

This is my husband's first time having high tea and he is full of praises for the food. We especially love the savoury desserts, particularly Briyani tarts and best of all, they are refillable. We wanna bring to attention the Fullerton Blend, it's a black coffee that's so fragrant without the bitterness, to future customers, it's worth a try. Services are top notch, no disappointment from a 6-star hotel. I'm glad to have gone through KLOOK to book this before the deal becomes unavailable.

Great afternoon tea with my friend to enjoy strawberry dessert and tea. It would be better if we could refill the iced strawberry tea and have a main dish to go with the afternoon tea.

Service was good. The restaurant blocks off a table for your KLOOK booking so you can show up anytime and you have a table, no need to reserve separately. I recommend coming at 2.30pm-3pm as the High Tea area is cleared after 5pm. Food was small portion and so so, there’s only one “spicy” savory food item as well. Location is in an open space so quite hard to take photos without other people. Lighting is natural so better to come on a sunny day. Aircon is perfect.

Enjoyed the experience very much. I was not asked to show the voucher, only my name and the time of the high tea I booked. Food, ambience and service were all very good. Will buy again next time.
