After several disappointments at 15 Stamford, my husband and I had a genuinely immersive experience enjoying the Lobby Lounge’s Signature Heritage Afternoon Tea, and we would especially like to commend Sam for her exceptional service. She anticipated possible concerns and needs, recognised and accommodated my dietary request, provided timely updates when the food took longer than expected, and thoughtfully shared the concept behind each of the three chapters of the experience. This is the level of service that truly reflects The Capitol Kempinski Singapore.

Fantastisk high tea-lunsjopplevelse. Veldig kreativt av kokken å komme opp med disse lokale rettene basert på desserter. Deilige desserter og fin oppdekking, servitrisen tok seg til og med bryet med å introdusere alle rettene. Det er forskjellige teer som passer til de forskjellige rettene.

The service staff were very polite and it was a nice comfortable setting (although one table was quite loud). We enjoyed the heritage-themed high tea, but the food was a hit and miss. Savory items were better executed, though the Hainan 'pork chop' bun patty was quite dry. Strangely enough, my dining companion and I enjoyed the simple marble cake the most. The last platter was only average, with the best bites being the ice cream. The donut and soy tart were average. We might try their à la carte if we're in the area.

J'ai adoré l'hospitalité et le service de thé est délicieux. Excellent résumé de chaque chapitre des plats présentés. Le personnel de service, Sam et Nages, était attentif et amical. Ambiance agréable et apaisante.

The service staff were very friendly and offered complimentary drinks and ice cream for my child. The explanation was clear. The high tea concept was interesting. However, the food was very carb-heavy, so we were very full in the end. The taste of the food was only average.

A super nice experience where the staff actually spend time introducing each and every chapter of the dishes served. Every chapter is served with a different tea.
