Tour Privado pelo Patrimônio de Silay

Honestly, one of the best decisions we made was to book this tour. Our assigned tour guide, Kuya Eddie, was very informative and helpful. It was so convenient – they picked us up from the hotel at the correct time, and the long drive to Silay was so fun because of Kuya Eddie. He shared information about the lands we passed by and some historical tidbits. He answered all our questions and was very accommodating of all our requests (e.g., we needed to buy slippers, and he showed us where to buy them). He also gave great food recommendations. The seafood at the floating restaurant was so fresh; it was incredibly satisfying. The ancestral houses we visited had guides, so we not only toured them but also learned a lot. We saw Amorsolo paintings, Bencab, and even Jose Rizal's own drawing in the Hilofina mansion. The guide at the Jalandoni mansion was so fun and enthusiastic in demonstrating how things were used before. Fun trivia was also shared, like how ice had to be imported, etc. Super worth the price!

I would recommend this tour because our driver/tour guide, Sir Eddie, is very knowledgeable about the area as he is from Silay. He also helped us take nice photos and suggested/recommended good places to visit and eat around Bacolod.

Naimbitahan kaming bisitahin ang lahat ng mga ancestral house na nakasaad sa tour, at ang kasamang tanghalian ay isa sa mga dapat subukang kainan sa Silay, ang Melkens. Nasa listahan namin ito ng mga restaurant na gustong subukan kaya magandang sorpresa na doon kami ibinaba ng aming driver. Ang aming driver ay sapat ding palakaibigan para dumaan sa El Ideal para makabili kami ng meryenda at pasalubong. Sa pangkalahatan, inirerekomenda ang tour.

Ang Southwest Travel Agency, partner ng Klook, ay nagbigay ng magandang sasakyan para sa tour at isang matulunging driver (Kuya Ralph). Habang papunta sa Silay, nagbigay na ng paunang impormasyon tungkol sa mga lugar na bibisitahin. Masayang sinagot ni Kuya Ralph ang iba pang paglilinaw tungkol sa tour, mga ruta ng biyahe sa Bacolod... at mga TANONG TUNGKOL SA PAGKAIN. Maganda ang itineraryo bagama't may isa kaming hindi napuntahan, ang Balay Negrense, na kasalukuyang inaayos. Ang pinakagustong bahay noong araw na iyon ay ang kay Tana Dicang at ang The Ruins. Palakpak din para sa pinakamasayahing guide sa Bernadino Jalandino Museum.

I loved Silay! Our driver, however, was not that enthusiastic.

The tour guide was on time. The tour itinerary was followed. Lunch was worth 700 pesos (350 per person), it was pretty good. Silay City is very rich in history. The driver was just not enthusiastic and quiet during the trip, which we didn't like. There was also no free water as stated in the tour inclusions.

Balay Negrense is a very nostalgic place. You will feel like you've stepped back in time. The ruins are the best spot for souvenir photos.

We enjoyed our tour. The highlight for us was the one at Hofilena's, with one of the manor's sons personally guiding us through the house. Sir Winnie, our driver/tour guide, was amiable.

Nagustuhan ng aking mga magulang ang walang-abala na day tour. Naging sulit ang kanilang isang buong araw sa Bacolod.

Mga magagandang lugar na alam namin at maraming makasaysayang lugar at kaganapan. I-enjoy ang biyahe sa Silay City. I-enjoy ang tanghalian sa isang lumulutang na seafood restaurant.
