スムーズなチェックインでした。誤って1時間早く到着してしまいましたが、早めの到着にもかかわらず、できる限り対応してくださいました。外国人スタッフが最初のチェックアップを行い（頭皮の写真を撮り、私が懸念していた問題の理由を説明してくれました）、頭皮ケアコース自体も素晴らしかったです。個室の暖かいベッドに横になり、頭皮ケアの各ステップが適用されるたびに説明を受けます。その間、様々なマッサージも受けられます。私のように敏感な方だと、少し痛かったりくすぐったく感じるかもしれませんが、最終的にはとても気持ち良いです。施術後は洗い流され、髪をブローしてスタイリングしてもらえます。その後、待合室で美味しいお茶（気に入れば購入可能）をいただきながら、購入を検討したい製品について説明を受けます。全体的に、素晴らしい体験でした。スタッフ全員が親切で、数日経った今でも髪と頭皮の調子がとても良いです！私の問題は、天気と栄養不足以外に深刻なものではないことが判明しました。頭皮の悩みを抱えている方におすすめします。

It was a truly healing experience for both my scalp and mind. The entire experience was perfect. My head felt 10 pounds lighter and my hair was smooth after the treatment. The only downside is the price…it is expensive. I hope they can offer more discounts on products.

I have been seeing this experience on social media. I’m glad I found it here on Klook. Interesting experience. I enjoyed my time there. Nice staff. Definitely on the more expensive side of things…I bought a couple suggested items and I left a review for them on Google as well for a gift but ended up not receiving it (I believe on accident?). Did not find out until I was already back at the hotel.

The scalp regeneration was a good experience, but I'll only do it once. They only checked my scalp before the treatment. There was no after-treatment check, so I don't know if my scalp improved. I wasn't wowed by it; it was just okay. I'll try to look for other scalp care clinics.

The staff are nice and friendly. Dr Lee also gave professional opinion. Overall it is relaxing.

This was my second time using the service, and I was very satisfied. I was able to relax. I would like to use it again next time. It would be even better if the price were a little more reasonable.

I had a relaxing experience for the course selected. It felt like my scalp was cleaned thoroughly and had an aromatic smell after. There was also simple hair styling provided in which the stylist did a good job perming my hair as per my request. The consult with the doctor was good as we went through the details on the problems with my scalp, what I should look out for and what I can do to improve the condition. He also kindly responded to my queries on my condition. They also provide a drink that was delicious after the scalp treatment.

The clinic boasts a welcoming environment with a clean, modern aesthetic that contributes to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional, making the appointment feel smooth and pleasant.
