I really enjoyed this experience! It started with an examination of my scalp and hair growth in different areas. I was given a breakdown of why and where my hair was falling out. After that, I had the treatment, which was super nice and relaxing. My scalp and hair felt amazing afterwards.

It was nice, good, and relaxing, but I honestly expected a bit more, and also a bit better English. It's hard to communicate even though you book in English. Either way, I loved my therapist and the treatments.

It was a great experience and the staff gave us all the information we needed. They are very gentle and thorough with the procedure, the scalp analysis was very detailed, and it was a relaxing experience. The staff are friendly, and the price is good, especially for us tourists.

Very easy place to find. They scanned my scalp and explained what was wrong and what I could do to resolve it. I was informed of each next step throughout the entire process. The waterfall head spa was worth the extra spend, it felt like a massage and almost put me to sleep. I chose the micro-needling package, which wasn't painful and I hope to see results from it soon. The rooms were private and clean. Blowdryers, curling irons and straightening irons are provided in a separate room for you to finish up afterwards. It was a nice experience

It definitely took longer than 60 minutes so you might want to consider that when planning to come here. They did a thorough analysis of my scalp and explained things clearly and recommended one out of three hair essences. The microneedling was not painful. I definitely felt that my scalp felt healthier after the treatment.

El personal fue amable y hablaba algo de inglés, lo suficiente como para explicarme el estado de mi cuero cabelludo.
