Very easy place to find. They scanned my scalp and explained what was wrong and what I could do to resolve it. I was informed of each next step throughout the entire process. The waterfall head spa was worth the extra spend, it felt like a massage and almost put me to sleep. I chose the micro-needling package, which wasn't painful and I hope to see results from it soon. The rooms were private and clean. Blowdryers, curling irons and straightening irons are provided in a separate room for you to finish up afterwards. It was a nice experience

It was a great experience and the staff gave us all the information we needed. They are very gentle and thorough with the procedure, the scalp analysis was very detailed, and it was a relaxing experience. The staff are friendly, and the price is good, especially for us tourists.

They did a thorough analysis of my scalp and explained things clearly and recommended one out of three hair essences. The microneedling was not painful. I definitely felt that my scalp felt healthier after the treatment.
