Having purchased tickets in advance, entry was smooth and excellent. Inside the park, all the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant visit. The kangaroo area was very spacious and open, which was great, but it was a shame we couldn't interact with them as we couldn't find where to buy food. The koalas were overwhelmingly numerous and consistently cute. A rare highlight was seeing the platypus, and watching them swim was a wonderful experience. The gift shop had a good variety of cute souvenirs, and the park offered high-speed Wi-Fi, making communication comfortable and allowing us to navigate smoothly using the browser-based map. If I have the chance to visit Brisbane again, I would definitely want to go back.

This is the best place to see koalas!! You can't hold them, but you can pet them. Also, because you can get very close and there are many koalas, you can gaze at them to your heart's content without worrying about crowds at all. Furthermore, this is the best place to feed kangaroos. Most of the kangaroos don't seem very interested in eating, but if you place food in your palm and hold it near their mouths, they surprisingly eat it. You can touch the kangaroos as much as you like, and I was so touched to discover how friendly kangaroos can be. Various shows were held in different locations for free, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We spent a leisurely time there from morning until around 3 PM. The park was just the right size, which was nice. I would love to visit again.

The Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is so conveniently accessible by bus. I was able to catch the free raptor show, which was fantastic and definitely worth seeing. Seeing the kangaroos up close was amazing. If you're a koala lover, the "Koala Moment" event is a must-see. It was a truly magical experience.

The boarding point is next to Victoria Bridge; you'll see it when you cross the bridge. I went on a Saturday, and it wasn't very crowded; at least the second deck wasn't full. While queuing, it seemed that those in front without reservations could still board and buy tickets on the boat. The boat departed at 9 AM. It was very windy on the second deck, and free blankets were provided to keep everyone warm. It took about 45 minutes to reach the zoo. The zoo isn't very large, but you can get close to kangaroos. You can indeed hug a koala, but if you haven't booked in advance on the zoo's website, there likely won't be any spots available on the day. The return trip was around 1:30 PM; although it seemed like not much time was spent in the park, it was enough to go around and enjoy everything.

Para los amantes de los koalas, creo que este es un lugar excelente para visitar. Es la primera vez que veo cientos de koalas en un solo lugar. Son tan adorables. Además, Lone Pine ofrece algunas atracciones como la alimentación de aves (lo cual es muy divertido ya que los pájaros se acercan mucho a nosotros), el espectáculo de aves rapaces y la atracción de ovejas también fueron increíbles. Esas atracciones eran diferentes a las de otros zoológicos o santuarios que había visitado. También podemos alimentar a los canguros e interactuar de cerca con ellos.

Wonderful place to visit in Brisbane! Loved getting up close to the kangaroos, koalas and other animals there! Shows and presentations were great to catch too! Missed getting the kangaroo feeds from the shops before going into the area with free roaming kangaroos, but still had fun taking pictures while other visitors feed them. Overall, definitely worth a visit if u are at Brisbane.

Hay muchos koalas perezosos tumbados en los árboles, tan lindos que te hacen sentir relajado. Otros animales como el ornitorrinco, los canguros y los dingos se pueden ver fácilmente. También puedes alimentar y tocar a los canguros. Se sugiere reservar con antelación en línea para las fotos y el abrazo de koala, ya que las plazas son limitadas.

Interesting experience as even though it is Lone Pine “Koala” Sanctuary, there are also kangaroos and other animals like dingoes and a bird show. For the whole Australian experience, I think visiting Lone Pine is good as it covers a lot of things and it is also quite convenient (can take a bus). Managed to take a photo with koalas. There are also a lot of kangaroos around so that's very good, can have a lot of interactions. Can even feed the kangaroos too! Overall, a wholesome experience.
