Eine fantastische Erfahrung mit Erinnerungen, die ein Leben lang bleiben! Hervorragend organisiert mit vielen Informationen des Unternehmens vor der Reise. Gute Abholung mit einem sauberen und komfortablen Auto. Tolle Piloten mit klaren Erklärungen und einfach atemberaubenden Landschaften! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings würde ich das Frühstück, das Kamelreiten und den Balkon weglassen und dies stattdessen nach Ende der Reise im eigenen Hotel genießen.

It was an absolute blast from start to finish. We were picked up by Mr. Mohammad and coordinated by Mr. Abdul, and they took care of us until we reached the hotel safely. All the staff were lovely and very informative. I was a little nervous about doing this beforehand, but I felt totally at ease when doing it, and it's one of the best things I've done, and one which was not on my bucket list. Captain Ahmed Basheer made sure our journey was smoother without any hurdles. All I can say to people visiting Dubai is to kindly go with this crew; you won't regret it... habibi!!!

It was the best time. Although there were some difficult parts due to the early morning, the magnificent scenery more than made up for it. It became a wonderful memory. The group I was with consisted of people from Japan and Korea, so perhaps they grouped us together from the Asian region. Mr. Mohammed, who handled everything from the pickup, showed great leadership and made things run smoothly, ensuring we had a fulfilling time. He was very skilled at taking photos; he took group photos with the balloon while it was being prepared, and photos and videos when the balloon departed. I had the impression that his service was much better than that of other groups. He shared the photos he took immediately, allowing us to savor the experience even on the way back. His excellent service was also very impressive. Watching the first sunrise from the balloon was truly magnificent. The sight of other balloons against the morning glow was also truly, truly wonderful. I was anxious about participating alone, but there was absolutely no need to be. I'm so glad I participated. It was such a great time that I can confidently say anyone who is hesitant should definitely participate without reservation.

This trip departed in the middle of the night. Out in the countryside (which was a bit chilly), we could see lots of stars—a wonderful bonus! Upon arrival, there was a safety briefing, and then we were driven to the hot air balloon launch site. Once inside the basket, it felt quite warm because of the huge burners 😂. Up in the sky, the pilot maneuvered the balloon to do 360-degree turns, so we had views from every angle. The pilot was also very friendly; at times, he would lower the balloon to point out desert animals to us. Since we got to watch the sunrise, bringing sunglasses is recommended. After landing, the pilot even helped us take a group photo 👍🏻. Then we went for breakfast, which was a buffet with very limited choices. We had to finish breakfast, ride a camel, and see the falcon within either 30 or 45 minutes (which felt a bit rushed). I thought we would get to watch the falcon fly, but it turned out we could only touch it and take pictures (which you can do in many places, so it's skippable). Also, the camel was kept in an enclosure and walked in circles maybe twice? 😂 The breakfast had surprisingly delicious baked beans (I usually hate baked beans, but my friend forced me to take some). I didn't expect them to taste so different—they had Middle Eastern spices and a very rich, complex flavor 😂. The beans were larger than canned ones (a pleasant surprise).

From the moment we arrived at the launch site, the excitement was palpable. As the giant balloon inflated against the backdrop of the rising sun, we knew we were about to witness something extraordinary. Once we lifted off, the world transformed beneath us. Floating serenely above the golden desert dunes, the sheer expanse of the landscape was mesmerizing. The contrast of the sandy waves with the lush patches of greenery and wandering camels made it feel like we were gliding over a living painting. The tranquility up there was unmatched, with only the occasional roar of the balloon’s burner interrupting the silence. As we soared higher, the panoramic views became even more surreal, and watching the sun cast its golden glow over the horizon felt magical. The entire experience was made even better by the professional and knowledgeable crew, who ensured our safety and shared fascinating insights about the desert and ballooning itself. Their passion added an extra layer of appreciation to the journey. Descending gently back to the ground was bittersweet—we didn’t want it to end. The experience wasn’t just a flight; it was a chance to connect with nature and see Dubai’s beauty from a perspective few get to enjoy. If you’re ever in Dubai, a hot air balloon ride is a must. It’s not just an activity, it’s an awe-inspiring adventure that leaves you feeling humbled and exhilarated.

La experiencia fue fascinante. El operador de globos aerostáticos Sindbad es muy profesional. Nos compartieron la información de recogida un día antes y nos recogieron a tiempo. En el lugar nos sirvieron café caliente y luego el operador turístico y el piloto nos dieron instrucciones detalladas sobre lo que se debe y no se debe hacer durante el vuelo. Durante el trayecto, elevaron gradualmente el globo hasta los 4,000 pies. El piloto nos informó sobre las altitudes y la velocidad del viento. Hizo girar el globo varias veces para que todos tuvieran una vista de 360 grados. Hacía viento en las alturas y se puede disfrutar del sol matutino desde 4,000 pies de altura. Durante el paseo, el globo atraviesa el desierto y finalmente aterriza a varios kilómetros del lugar de origen. El piloto ya nos había advertido sobre un aterrizaje un poco brusco debido a los vientos y nos indicó cómo colocarnos para el aterrizaje. Mi hija fue a pasear en globo aerostático. La recogió un autobús de traslado y el viaje transcurrió sin contratiempos. Al llegar al lugar le sirvieron café. A la llegada había unos 3 grupos y cada uno contaba con unas 20 personas por cesta de globo aerostático. Tras subir al globo, les aseguraron con cinturones de seguridad. El viaje en globo fue tranquilo y ascendió en varias ocasiones para ganar altura hasta alcanzar los 4000 pies. Era precioso verse rodeado de varios globos aerostáticos a diferentes alturas, y el amanecer fue verdaderamente hermoso, por lo que es muy recomendable para los amantes de la aventura. Hubo tiempo de sobra para hacer fotos del amanecer y el piloto iba girando la cesta para que todos los que estaban en las distintas esquinas pudieran tomar fotos. Tuvo la suerte de disfrutar de un viaje en globo muy estable gracias a la firmeza del viento. Además, recibió una copia digital del certificado tras finalizar la actividad. Regresó al hotel en un coche muy cómodo. ¡Un viaje fantástico para conocer a nuevos amigos internacionales!

Мы забронировали полет на воздушном шаре в последнюю минуту (поздно во второй половине дня) на следующий день. Они быстро написали нам в WhatsApp, чтобы узнать, сможем ли мы перенести полет на предыдущий день из-за неблагоприятного прогноза погоды. Мы согласились, и после этого все было быстро организовано (отправка паспортов и информации о весе, подтверждение времени трансфера). Трансфер из нашего отеля (в районе Palm) был вовремя, в 4:45 утра. Прибыли на место инструктажа ближе к 6 утра. Пришлось подписать индивидуальную расписку об освобождении от ответственности. Предлагались простой кофе и чай — вас вежливо спросят о вашем выборе и приготовят его для вас. На территории есть туалеты, и они чистые. После проведения инструктажа перед полетом пришлось проехать 10 минут до места запуска. Некоторым может показаться, что забраться в корзину не так-то просто (это стоит учесть пожилым людям или тем, у кого есть трудности с передвижением). Взлет был очень плавным, а посадка — немного ухабистой, как и ожидалось. Пилот был веселым и общительным, время от времени сообщал информацию о полете. Приятный и живописный полет, всего в воздухе находилось 8 воздушных шаров (от разных компаний). Мы бронировали пакет с завтраком и катанием на верблюде/соколом. Завтрак был неплохим, его подавали в чистой, комфортной зоне. Катание на верблюде и общение с соколом были очень непродолжительными. В целом, отличный опыт, и детям очень понравилось.

After booking, we will contact you via email and also confirm the pick-up time for the next day via WhatsApp on the evening before. The boarding location is not far from the city center, about a one-hour drive. Riding camels and interacting with falcons is relatively simple; the falcons are just for photos, and you ride the camel for two small laps. The breakfast is minimal, but we didn't have much appetite anyway. The absolute highlight was the hot air balloon experience, which was quite wonderful 👍

I was picked up at 3am at my hotel by our driver, Muhammad Nawaz. He was on time and brought us safely to the camp. He even offered to take photos of me in front of the hot air balloon. This was my first hot air balloon experience and I’m so happy that I did this in Dubai. Seeing the Dubai desert at sunrise and from a different perspective was magical. Luckily, we saw a herd of Arabian Oryx in the wild. I did this activity on my last day in Dubai. It was such an unforgettable experience and a great way to end my Dubai trip! 🥰🫶🎈
