I was picked up at 3am at my hotel by our driver, Muhammad Nawaz. He was on time and brought us safely to the camp. He even offered to take photos of me in front of the hot air balloon. This was my first hot air balloon experience and I’m so happy that I did this in Dubai. Seeing the Dubai desert at sunrise and from a different perspective was magical. Luckily, we saw a herd of Arabian Oryx in the wild. I did this activity on my last day in Dubai. It was such an unforgettable experience and a great way to end my Dubai trip! 🥰🫶🎈

It was an absolute blast from start to finish. We were picked up by Mr. Mohammad and coordinated by Mr. Abdul, and they took care of us until we reached the hotel safely. All the staff were lovely and very informative. I was a little nervous about doing this beforehand, but I felt totally at ease when doing it, and it's one of the best things I've done, and one which was not on my bucket list. Captain Ahmed Basheer made sure our journey was smoother without any hurdles. All I can say to people visiting Dubai is to kindly go with this crew; you won't regret it... habibi!!!

From booking to contacting the activity agent, everything went smoothly. They contacted us 1 day before the activity via WhatsApp, pickup was on time as communicated earlier, they gave all instructions prior to the flight, we saw the sunrise, sailing was smooth, however, landing was rough, but we followed the captain's instructions, and no one was hurt. It was total fun. The whole activity takes around 4 hours from pickup from your hotel in Dubai to drop off.

The views are stunning, the staff there is very nice, caring, and cooperative. Everything was fine, even the Balloon Ride Captain was very humble. The only thing is I personally feel that the price per person is high. I mean, for this price, we could easily go for a helicopter ride. A Hot Air Balloon ride is slow and offers a limited desert view. The balloon ride itself was fantastic, but yes, considering it's a slow ride with a limited view, its price is definitely high.

It was a beautiful experience. We were first briefed on the safety measures as well as the landing procedures. Slight hiccup during the takeoff but the captain and crews were very professional. Smooth flight throughout. We were given a flight certificate after landing.

It was the best time. Although there were some difficult parts due to the early morning, the magnificent scenery more than made up for it. It became a wonderful memory. The group I was with consisted of people from Japan and Korea, so perhaps they grouped us together from the Asian region. Mr. Mohammed, who handled everything from the pickup, showed great leadership and made things run smoothly, ensuring we had a fulfilling time. He was very skilled at taking photos; he took group photos with the balloon while it was being prepared, and photos and videos when the balloon departed. I had the impression that his service was much better than that of other groups. He shared the photos he took immediately, allowing us to savor the experience even on the way back. His excellent service was also very impressive. Watching the first sunrise from the balloon was truly magnificent. The sight of other balloons against the morning glow was also truly, truly wonderful. I was anxious about participating alone, but there was absolutely no need to be. I'm so glad I participated. It was such a great time that I can confidently say anyone who is hesitant should definitely participate without reservation.
