Harbour tour was great. Great views and weather, would recommend.
It's not amazing, but it's worth trying at least once. There are a lot of people, so you have to go early to get a good seat. Also, it's cold, so make sure to bring a jacket.
The night was too dark, so there wasn't much to see. The audio guide was in German, and although the product description mentioned an English brochure, I didn't receive one. Hamburg's port is mostly containers, which makes it a bit less impressive compared to other European port cities. I recommend saving your money on the boat trip and visiting other attractions instead.
We arrived at 7:45 PM, assuming the 8:00 PM ride would be available. However, we suddenly realized that 7:00 PM was the only truly available time slot, despite our voucher showing various options.
It never happened as there was no company name available and there was no boat. A fraud is what I would call it.

Achtung, das Ticket ist für die große Fähre, die hauptsächlich zum Containerhafen fahren kann, nicht zum berühmten Speicherstadt (zweites Bild, das Sie sehen können). Man sollte den von Klook hochgeladenen Bildern nicht trauen... Insgesamt ist es besser, einfach hinzugehen und ein Ticket zu kaufen, da man wählen kann, ob man die große oder die kleine Fähre nimmt, die den Kanal erreichen kann. Aber die Fähre im Inneren hat eine Bar, in der man Getränke wie Bier/Wein bestellen kann.

Boats won't be able to cruise through the narrow waterways during high or low water levels.
