We had an incredible time on this tour, seeing Mt Fuji up close in -5°C temperatures at 5th station,, lunch at the Ninja village, the Hakone Ropeway and tasting the black eggs (not as bad as it sounds), before a lightning fast Shinkansen ride back to Tokyo. With the amazing Masae as our guide, quite possibly the best tour we've ever been on. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The experience was magical! Our guide Angela was truly great, very funny, and there to help people. The cable car was closed due to bad weather, but we went somewhere else instead. I highly recommend it!

This tour departed punctually from Shinjuku. Our guide, Saki, is a Japanese national living in Canada, so her English was excellent. She was very energetic and always helpful to everyone. When we arrived at Mount Fuji, it was -10 degrees Celsius, the sky was clear, and visibility was 10/10. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. In the Hakone area, we had a delicious and satisfying lunch buffet at the Ninja restaurant. We then visited Mount Hakone, which was still emitting sulfur gas, took a cable car down to the lake, went on a cruise, and visited ancient temples and beautiful Torii gates. It was a truly worthwhile experience ❤️

Recommended day tour! Roji was very pleasant, resourceful and she kept my family and I entertained throughout the trip. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our only advice is that bring hot pads and wear thicker clothes to Mt Fuji!

I bought a package with a lunch buffet. It was a very worthwhile package that kept us occupied all day. Our tour guide, Erine, was very helpful and made sure all of us were well throughout the trip.

We had a lot of fun! We couldn't make it up to Fifth Station due to the weather conditions or see Fuji clearly, BUT it snowed!!! We were all so excited. Lots of interesting views and food along the way too! Would recommend this if you're in Tokyo for a short stay.

On the day I went there, Mount Fuji was shy 😭, but the scenery and the tour were great overall 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼. We weren't able to go to the 5th Station due to the snow, but we went to Oshino Hakkai to compensate for it.

Ria hizo un trabajo fantástico, pero debido al tráfico intenso y las condiciones de viento, no pudimos hacer el teleférico y el crucero se acortó. Solo hubo 1 parada y duró unos 10 minutos. Puedo ver que si hubiéramos podido mantener el horario, habría sido un buen recorrido.

Even though there was a typhoon that day, the tour still ran which did make us a little nervous. Informing us which bus we were on was a little messy and confusing. Sadly we did not get enough time at all on the 5th station, just enough time to go to the toilet but not see the shrine or look around the shops. Although, lunch was nice and they accommodated allergies well. The veggie option was good. We got extra time at the Hakone shrine as the boat wasn’t running, and our tour guide Key kept an eye on the cable car and took us there as soon as it reopened after the storm. It was a good day overall.
