We had an incredible time on this tour, seeing Mt Fuji up close in -5°C temperatures at 5th station,, lunch at the Ninja village, the Hakone Ropeway and tasting the black eggs (not as bad as it sounds), before a lightning fast Shinkansen ride back to Tokyo. With the amazing Masae as our guide, quite possibly the best tour we've ever been on. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This tour departed punctually from Shinjuku. Our guide, Saki, is a Japanese national living in Canada, so her English was excellent. She was very energetic and always helpful to everyone. When we arrived at Mount Fuji, it was -10 degrees Celsius, the sky was clear, and visibility was 10/10. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. In the Hakone area, we had a delicious and satisfying lunch buffet at the Ninja restaurant. We then visited Mount Hakone, which was still emitting sulfur gas, took a cable car down to the lake, went on a cruise, and visited ancient temples and beautiful Torii gates. It was a truly worthwhile experience ❤️

Recommended day tour! Roji was very pleasant, resourceful and she kept my family and I entertained throughout the trip. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our only advice is that bring hot pads and wear thicker clothes to Mt Fuji!

The experience was magical! Our guide Angela was truly great, very funny, and there to help people. The cable car was closed due to bad weather, but we went somewhere else instead. I highly recommend it!

It was truly worth taking this tour after the great reviews we read. Though we actually could not see Mt. Fuji at all because of the terrible weather conditions , rainy and cloudy, but we enjoyed the entire experience of the journey, the ropeway and the boat cruise. Our 85 year old mother also accompanied us and enjoyed the ropeway, and for her she did quite a bit of walking to reach the ropeway station from the bus and then onwards to the boat dock area to take the cruise. 5 stars to our guide Kay. She gave us all the information we needed and answered every question. Even in that miserable weather she kept us entertained with her super sense of humour. Because of her , we will remember this trip even more. We opted for lunch and did not regret. we loved the buffet lunch and a refreshing hotpot. We strongly recommend this tour and some advise to check on weather conditions if possible. That I guess would be pure luck. Thanks for the experience Kay and JPT !

Great day trip to Mt Fuji and Hakone. Thanks to our tour guide Tsubasa for a great experience. The tour was well organised. The weather was also perfect and we were able to see Mt Fuji throughout the day.

The tour with Japan panorama was very good. Our tour guide Kayo was fluent in English and was very helpful. We got to see a clear view of Mt Fuji, which is apparently very rare. The Hakone ropeway shows the Owakudani sulphur vents that are actually steaming (so the smell is very bad). Owakudani valley has active volcanic eruptions so full access to the valley is prohibited. The cruise to lake Ashi was very beautiful. Overall the tour was a very good decision for a day tour to Fuji. Highly recommended.

-meetup place is on point. you just need to let them see and read ur vouchers since there are few tours going on in that spot with different travel operators. Levin was our tourguide who was very thoughful and take good photos. we were also lucky that Fuji-san showed up the entire tour. buffet lunch was super simple but gopd enough. soup was delicious though. tour ended at 4pm. then dropped us at shinkansen station. maybe the downside, we did not have that much time from one spot to the other. mt. owakudani should have been given more time since the place was nice. i would have skipped the cruise though.

We had a lot of fun! We couldn't make it up to Fifth Station due to the weather conditions or see Fuji clearly, BUT it snowed!!! We were all so excited. Lots of interesting views and food along the way too! Would recommend this if you're in Tokyo for a short stay.
