Experiência de Caminhada de Dia Inteiro em Nagoya Kamikochi

This was my second time booking with this travel agency. We departed on time and arrived back in Nagoya exactly at 6 PM. The journey was smooth, and there were only eight of us on the shuttle bus, which made it very comfortable. I’m satisfied with the service, even though the weather wasn’t ideal—it was raining and the Alps didn’t show. I still had a great experience overall. I would definitely book again next time.

I really enjoyed this one, even though it unfortunately rained during my trip. I will definitely do this again next time and hopefully it won’t be raining next time. Views are still immaculate even though it was raining, the japanese alps still peaked through. I did this tour on November 9, 2025 for anyone looking for ideas how Kamikochi looked like during this time. It was really cold and there were even blocks of ice/snow on the ground! (i think it snowed a few days before our trip).

Please do your Japan trip a favor and visit Kamikochi - it's truly so beautiful. Thanks to the tour guide and bus driver for keeping us safe and making it so enjoyable! In love with the snow-capped mountains :)

One of the highlights of my trip! Yaku was excellent at explaining the two possible itineraries to us and even created a group beforehand so we could ask questions. We chose the left itinerary because it seemed simpler and was mainly flat ground, so even if you don't have very muscular legs, it's perfectly fine; you don't need to be a great athlete. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and even though there are other tourists, it's easy to get photos that aren't crowded because not everyone is gathered in the same place (except at Kappa Bridge, but that's the starting point for everyone, so it's normal). In total, it's about 3 hours there and 3 hours back (with a 1.5-hour break on the way) and 3.5 hours on site.

The meeting point is next to the main road, opposite BIC Camera. It's a long bus journey of over 3 hours to Kamikochi. There's a break after about 1.5 hours to use the restroom and buy food. Upon reaching Kamikochi, I walked to Myojin Pond within 3.5 hours and still had time for cakes at Gosenjaku before heading back to the bus. Our guide, Kaku, can converse in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and was very accommodating.

Had an unforgettable travel experience in Kamikochi! 🌿✨ We left Nagoya City right on schedule, and honestly, you wouldn’t even notice the long travel hours. The view outside the bus was absolutely breathtaking. Endless stretches of lush greenery kept me mesmerized the whole way. Although I was secretly hoping to see snow-capped mountains, it’s summer, so most of the snow had already melted. Still, Kamikochi’s natural beauty didn’t disappoint. It was peaceful, vibrant, and picture-perfect. Big shoutout to our amazing tour guide. I didn’t catch her name, but she handled other travelers’ complaints with so much grace and professionalism. She kept smiling and was always happy to answer our questions. And of course, kudos to our bus driver who drove so carefully and smoothly. You made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. 🙌🚌💚

The tour is well-organized and punctual. It is breathtaking in many ways—both because of the stunning scenery and the long walk that may leave you breathless, haha! Our tour guide is proficient in Mandarin, although not in English, but he still makes an effort to accommodate us.

Stunning autumn foliage met the beauty of rushing water from the river down to the pond🥰The young lady tour guide was very friendly, always wearing a smile, and gave instructions well enough. She’s trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese). The travel time was exactly as stated in the ads. The driver was nice too. The bus is clean and no odd smell. The timing of autumn foliage in peak was right. It was not cold. It rained all day long. Despite that, the tour was fun & a memory to keep forever. Lastly, I shopped at lot.

Kamikochi is a breathtaking gem in the Japanese Alps, perfect for nature lovers and hikers. The stunning landscapes, with towering peaks and clear rivers, create a tranquil atmosphere. I enjoyed walking along the well-maintained trails, particularly the route to Kappa Bridge, which offers spectacular views. The area is ideal for outdoor activities, from leisurely strolls to more challenging hikes. The vibrant colors of the foliage in autumn were especially captivating. Facilities are good, with plenty of spots for resting and picnicking. Overall, Kamikochi is a serene escape, showcasing Japan's natural beauty. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking peace and adventure in the mountains.
