It was really simple to book - I just emailed them. They responded quickly. They were also kind and waited for me when I was late for the appointment :) lovely greeting, really good cold tea before. The therapist consistently checked in on the pressure. The only thing I would change is to have hotter tea afterward.

It was a superb experience. The Traditional Thai Massage, customer service, room facilites exceeded my expectations and the experience is so worth it for its price. Very relaxing experience and the staff (receptionist and Ms. Dell) are with excellent customer service. Will definitely book again when I come back.

The spa is located inside a hotel in Chinatown, and you might have a little trouble finding it at first, but just confidently walk into the Shanghai Mansion Hotel. Because it was so inexpensive, I didn't have high expectations, but the facilities were superb, and the masseuses were very skilled. Highly recommended!

The oil massage was quite good. I chose light pressure as it was my first time here. Tina did an excellent job and adjusted to my preferences immediately. It was a very good experience and worth coming again!

I had a wonderful time. The reception staff and estheticians were all kind and gentle! Excellent! The massage was also great. The room and the overall atmosphere of the Shanghai Mansion were lovely, and I would recommend it to many people.

The Burasari Spa Package that I booked today is a perfect antidote to my tired, sore muscles. Skillful massage techniques were expertly applied by the therapist, and soothing music and SPA fragrance did help to relax the mind and body for a deep tissue oil massage. This massage comes highly recommended for those who want both a soothing and effective treatment for sore, aching muscles. It was a wonderful experience in Burasari Spa Bangkok and I shall bring friends next time ! The ambience of SPA and friendly services are commendable too.

The location is in Chinatown, so you can arrange it with your itinerary there. Online booking is easy, and responses are quick. The environment is quite good, and the therapist's technique is also decent, but the pace is a bit slow. 90 minutes isn't quite enough; 2 hours would be better.

Reservations services was tip top. In typical Thai culture, everyone is courteous and service with a smile. Wished they turned the AC on at the waiting lobby as it was super warm waiting for our turn for the SPA treatment . The SPA is located at a hotel so you have options for single room to yourself or a couple in 1 room. The Room is clean equipped with shower facilities. The therapist skills is very rather personal experience as the therapist who performed the treatment for me was experienced but for my husband, she was a newbie. Overall I will go back again.
