We had Kwon as our photographer. The photoshoot was great, fun, and wonderful. Kwon knew exactly how, when, where, and what to do. Every single shot was so beautiful. Thank you, dear Kwon 😊😊

I booked a 3-person Hanbok makeup and hair styling session for 11 AM. Many people were choosing Hanboks and queuing for hair styling, but I arrived 15 minutes early for my 11 AM appointment. After selecting and changing into our Hanboks, we still had to wait until 12 PM for the makeup artist to arrive before we could get our makeup and hair done. The photographer was scheduled for around 1 PM. We were told that each person would have 1.5 hours for the photoshoot, but for our group of three, there was only one photographer. The photoshoot felt very rushed because the photographer had other appointments, so for the three of us, one photographer only gave us a little over an hour for the shoot. I believe that if we pay the same amount as others, we should receive the same treatment. For three people, there should either be three photographers or more time allocated. I suggest booking separately; that way, with the same price for one-on-one service, you would have three photographers and wouldn't feel rushed. After all, the cost for Hanbok makeup plus professional photography for one person is quite expensive.

Great experience, would totally recommend people to do it. Our photographer, Martin was great and friendly, speaks good English, and also sent us the photos really promptly! We were really happy with the turnout of the photos. There was also a great variety of Hanbok to choose from though the shop could get a little busy.

La tienda de Hanbok también está cerca del Palacio. Hay muchas opciones de Hanbok para elegir. Los Hanboks son bonitos y limpios. Hay asistentes para ayudarte a ponerte tu Hanbok.

The makeup and photography services were excellent. However, there were communication difficulties at the Hanbok shop, and it took a long time to prove that we had purchased the makeup service.

The activity is very fun. A bit chaotic at the hanbok rental so be sure to be there early. We had a good time with the photographer who spoke good English and led us to take different photos.

It was super worth it and I guess we got lucky to have a good photographer Yoosun. Our photos turned out fantastic! Can even be used as wedding photos lol good experience will buy again when I'm back

It was a nice experience, there’s a lot of choices and the staffs are really nice and helpful, the photographer also really nice and manage to find a lot of great photo spots

Overall, everything was great. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the photographer was also very humorous. The only issue was that the three services—dress rental, makeup, and photography—were completely separate, which made the experience feel disjointed. For example, customers had to find the photographer themselves at a coffee shop instead of being introduced by a staff member, which would definitely cause confusion if there were many people. Luckily, it wasn't very busy on the day I went.
