The fireworks were beautiful and magnificent, but there was an issue with the meeting point. The meeting point was changed and we were only notified by email 2 hours beforehand, so I didn't check my mail and had to drive myself. Parking was difficult to find and it was a long walk. However, it was good that I could communicate with the guide, which allowed me to still enter the VIP zone and receive a mat for watching the fireworks. The staff were good and tried to help, even though their English wasn't strong, they were service-minded.

The check-in process is a bit outdated; with so many people at a large event, they're still flipping through paper documents. The gathering area was also quite disorganized and chaotic. The picnic mat provided was quite small and thin, easily torn. It's difficult to sit comfortably on the uneven beach, so if conditions allow, it's best to bring your own.

Klook's location was wrong. I booked for Shintoshin Station, but it was actually Kenchomae Station. Because I was afraid of missing the bus, I ran frantically with two children. We went to the wrong station, but it meant we only just caught the last bus. We missed a lot of time and the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding stalls and beach at the Kaien Festival. Also, the itinerary itself included a picnic mat, but the driver forgot to bring it. I think Klook should make adjustments to prevent others from being affected next time, as I'm not the only one who trusted Klook's location and went to the wrong place.
