amazing experience as we covered all the major experience in sapa in a single day. also our tour guide Yao was very good and helped us with a lot of information and pictures as well. only thing disappointing was the pricing as the steep cost did not include lunch as well as glass bridge tickets.

We start our tour on time at 8am with our tour guide Hope. Received her message one day before for the meet up point. Appreciate her hospitality, friendly service, helping us to take many beautiful photos. Cloudy day but we reach every destination without rain, itinerary are well planned. At cat cat village she also help us with the costume rental and arrangement so we can complete all in time.

We had a lovely day! Mai Giang, our tour guide, is very lovely! She's not only our tour guide but also our photographer! She made us feel comfortable in the places we visited. Everything felt easy, no stress!

Our tour guide was Yao, and she was absolutely amazing! She was patient, informative, and kind. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Yao did an exceptional job guiding our group.

We had such a wonderful experience with Yao as our tour guide! My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves, and a huge part of that was because of how caring and accommodating she was throughout the trip. Yao was very patient, sincere, and always looked out for us. She even recommended places where we could buy souvenirs at much better prices instead of the usual tourist shops, which we really appreciated. From arranging our transport to helping us take photos (and even directing us on how to pose 😂), she made sure we had the best experience without us having to worry about anything. She’s also very knowledgeable and shared the history behind each place in a way that was easy to understand and interesting to listen to. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does. Thank you so much, Yao❤️, for making our trip so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide, and we’ll definitely recommend you to anyone visiting. Highly recommended!

Tive o tempo mais incrível no meu último dia nesta excursão! Definitivamente imperdível para ver a Vila Cat Cat, Moana e a experiência da Ponte de Vidro do Dragão, incluindo algumas emocionantes atrações de adrenalina extras. Especialmente com a incrível guia turística Hope!, super simpática, organizada e divertida, e que tira ótimas fotos para a sua experiência.

Our tour guide, Ms. Yao, was excellent. She introduced us to everything, took photos for us, and accompanied us the entire time. Communication was very good.

Our tour guide, Mai Giang, was very accommodating and always checked if we were okay. We started in Sapa. I rented a costume and hired a photographer. The photographer was a bit rude and not very nice, but I still got many beautiful pictures. Then we went to the alpine coaster, which was a lot of fun! Afterwards, we spent time at Moana. Mai Giang was so helpful with taking our pictures. We also received a free drink. We had lunch at La Petit Gecko, where the food was delicious. For our last stop, we went to the Glass Bridge. Unfortunately, it was raining and foggy. I was a bit sad that I couldn't fully enjoy the place. I really wanted to try walking on the suspended bridge. I think if the weather had been nice in the morning, it would have been great to visit the Glass Bridge first. Anyway, I enjoyed my day and hope to come back again to do the things I really wanted to do.
